From the moment the meat hit the grill, you could tell the quality was there. The cuts cooked beautifully, juicy, rich, and deeply flavorful. Each bite had that unmistakable taste that only truly fresh meat delivers. But the real standout was the chorizo. Perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of spice and richness, it brought a bold, satisfying flavor that elevated the entire barbecue. If I had one regret, it would be not buying more of the chorizo. It disappeared quickly, which is usually the clearest sign that something was done right. Beyond the food itself, being in that part of the valley added something special to the experience.
