I ordered 3 pounds of Palomilla with no season plain. The butcher was too busy checking out a girls butt that he seasoned my meat without telling me. I get home put the meat in the refrigerator and a hour later I take it out to cook It. That's when I noticed it was marinated. It was an error from Their end. They don't even want to give me credit nor change it. i'm explaining why would I lie? I'm taking your meat back. I didn't want it marinated. Lady over the phone said that it was my fault for being too busy on the phone instead of focusing on my order and giving my full attention to the butcher. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she will send me a second number to speak with someone and hang up the phone. She never called me back with that number. read more

Got the Green chorizo here really good but has a good amount of heat. If your making it for the kids that don't like takis. There mouths are going to burn some. Good selection of tortillas too doesnt look like they make in house but the ones there were fresh looking. One thing that was the most annoying thing was the door chime. This carneceria is in the little plaza on the corner of Foothill and Osborne. It's such a cute little market and has what you need! They have meats, salsas, veggies, cookies, candy and chips, even plates/cup (they're made of plastic). Currently, they are open with specific hours. They only allow 10 guests into the store at a time. You must also be wearing a mask to enter. The wonderful people working the store are so friendly and nice. They show great customer service! I always wondered why some people called them pork cracklings, and now I know. It's hard to find consistently good chicharron, especially at big markets... These are always fresh and YUMMY.. I have found a spot close to home that makes really good chicharones! It tastes very clean, not like rancid oil. Unlike some markets and others places. This Carniceria is very clean and has a fresh vibe. I've also had the carnitas, birria(which tasted heavenly), buche, red and green chorizo, and green salsa that all tasted very good. I seen some braided tripas that looked bomb but that's next on my list. Everthing is reasonably price.They also have a variety produce to buy as well.
