We called their # about 5/6 times but never answered, by the last 2/3 calls they let the call ring once and then send to voicemail. We placed the order around 4:30 or 4:40 and they accepted the order and have us the process and was saying that our order was being prepared. How disappointing!! We didn't get to eat what we were craving and hoping to have, and their customer service by far the worst by ignoring their patrons! Shortly after everything, we noticed that every application they're under, has different times of operation, so not a very good business... rest assured we will not be ordering from that place ever again... sad, because we love pupusas..

Even after looking online at their hours seeing open from 11AM-11PM getting there at 4:20 pm we were told they wouldn't be open until "maybe 6".
