They used to have a separate Amazon return area deeper in the store, but now you have to wait in the regular checkout line with everyone else. It made the process feel a lot slower than it used to, especially if you're just there for a simple return. That said, once I finally got to the front, everything was seamless. I scanned my QR code, handed over the package, and was done in less than five minutes. One thing I really appreciated was the accessibility. The accessible parking was very close to the entrance, and they even had wheelchairs available, which honestly isn't something I see often in retail stores. As someone who notices accessibility details, that really stood out to me. My only suggestion would be adding baskets or small storage areas to the wheelchairs so shoppers could carry items more easily while using them.
