Really great mani and pedi service! Front staff is great as well and a relaxing environment.

After a bad experience at another salon, I was looking for a place that wouldn't make me feel rushed. I'm so glad I found this salon through Yelp! The salon is beautiful and clean, and both Monica and Jane were friendly and welcoming. My nails were damaged and much shorter than I wanted, but Jane did an amazing job with a neutral builder gel. I honestly wasn't expecting them to look this good. I'll definitely be back! read more

Read reviews about Monica so decided to try this place out- and of course Monica was busy - beautiful place, exceptionally clean, host was very welcoming. I chose the LA princess pedicure. Katelyn was my nail tech. She didn't greet me just pointed to the chair. I was disappointed with her service. I told her I wanted to keep my toe nail shape square and she rounded them. Every nail was a different length and had to point out the difference and on top of that she filed two nails to a slant. Didn't scrub the entire bottoms of my feet. it's almost like she wasn't present. The whole time she was looking around not paying attention caring more about conversations and people coming in vs being attentive and doing a good job. She never spoke during the pedicure would just nudge me to move my feet to a different direction. Finally at the end she asked if I wanted another coat of nail polish and that was the first I heard her voice. During the first 20 mins I wanted to just tell her to stop, pay for the services and leave. Getting a pedicure should be relaxing and she was just giving me an anxiety. Not the worst pedicure but definitely on the list. The girl sitting next to me was getting a great pedicure by Tammy - I was envious The "20 min massage" that comes with the La Princess pedicure was In fact, 7 minutes. Which doesn't make sense because she had a timer right next to her. The aesthetics of the place and the host get 5 stars. I would give Katelyn 1 star. Just some advice to La Posh don't assign Katelyn to first time customers and advise her to speak to her customers- chances are they will not be back! For a $85 pedicure you'd expect it to be at least decent. read more

I will never be coming back here and you shouldn't either!! first of all the lady who did my nails ripped off my cuticle and then continued to put acrylic over it without my knowledge. Now my finger nail is infected and i'm losing my whole nail. 0/10 recommend you can find a better salon that has better prices and won't give you an infection. And when i called about the situation the man who answered the phone did not give a single shi*. read more

Very clean! I was very impressed! Did not smell like chemicals which is rare for a nail shop! We received quick service. My daughter loved her pedicure and first set of acrylic nails. So modern and fancy. Call ahead for an appointment. Parking is a bit crowded. We will be back. Prices were better than the average price in this area. read more

I used to really enjoy coming here because it was a relaxing place with reasonable prices and great customer service. Unfortunately, it feels like the focus has shifted from taking care of customers to finding new ways to make extra money. What used to be a welcoming experience now feels like a constant push for additional charges. Charging an extra $30 for something as simple as a champagne glass, and then requiring customers to pay in cash so they are encouraged to use the salon's ATM and pay an additional $1.50 fee, is extremely disappointing. A nail salon should be a place where customers feel valued and appreciated, not like they are being nickel-and-dimed at every turn. It's sad to see a place that was once enjoyable become more focused on profit than customer experience. I hope the owners reconsider this approach because good service and fair pricing are what bring customers back. read more

It's a nice place but very inconvenient that THEY DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS. Are we not in the 21st century?! Who carries cash anymore?

I called ahead to inquire about scheduling an eyebrow wax because I am aware that the salon can become very busy. The owner/gentleman at the front desk informed me that appointments are not accepted for waxing services. After work, I stopped by specifically for the eyebrow wax, only to be told by the owner/gentleman at the front desk that the technician was too busy and that the wait would be extensive. I explained that this was precisely why I had called earlier to request an appointment. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, the owner/gentleman at the front desk became argumentative and responded rudely, stating, "If you want to wait, then wait." Unfortunately, this experience was consistent with previous interactions I have had with him. Each encounter has been marked by a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If appointments are not offered for waxing services, customers should at least be provided with accurate expectations regarding availability and wait times. Respectful communication and professionalism are essential in any business, and this experience fell well short of those standards. I ultimately left without receiving services and will not return to this business. read more

This used to be my go to salon. Lately the person at the front desk has changed. Two of the nail technicians scammed me. They did my nails and at the end they added on random charges (high charges) and they couldn't even explain what for. I got what I get every single time for 2 years. Price always the same. This place has gone to trash. O also 2 days later nails are chipping and polish completely off of two nails. read more

Best nail salon I've ever been to! Tony keeps everything extremely clean (super important to me as a Type 1 diabetic), and they use high-quality products. He and his wife Jennifer are so friendly, give amazing pedicures, and even have great snacks. The whole experience is way better than anywhere else. I'd give 10 stars if I could! read more

La Posh is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, Jennifer greets you with her fabulous smile and makes you feel so welcomed. The salon itself is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing--such a calming atmosphere. Amy, my nail tech, is absolutely amazing--detail-oriented, talented, and always leaves my nails looking perfect. I've also worked with other technicians here, and every single one has been wonderful, which really speaks to the quality of this salon. I highly recommend La Posh if you're looking for exceptional service, a clean and elegant space, and an overall lovely experience. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon! I followed them from their previous location. Jennifer provides some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. She is always so welcoming and really makes you feel appreciated as a customer. My nail tech Cindy, does an amazing job every single time. She's incredibly talented and always comes up with creative ideas for different nail styles, which I love because it keeps things fun and unique. My nails always turn out beautiful. Another thing I really appreciate is how organized and professional the salon is. I've never had to wait for my appointment, everything is always clean, and the atmosphere feels very well run. Even when I've walked in without an appointment, they've been able to get me in within a reasonable time. You can tell they truly care about their business and their clients. That level of pride and attention to detail really shows in the service they provide. I highly recommend them! read more

This was the absolute worst experience I've had at a nail salon. To begin the person in the front was rude and not friendly at all. I came for a gel x removal. The nail tech ripped/pried my gel x nails off with cuticle trimmers and proceeded to laugh and tell me "these are hard to remove" when she hurt and cut me. Absolutely awful and so painful, I will never go back. read more

I usually go to another salon in Otay Ranch but I decided to give this one a try because it's really close to my house. When I arrived I got seated right away and they started on my pedicure. I cannot recall the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she did great no complaints from that at all. When I went to get my nails done it took over an hour to get these which is crazy because at my other salon an hour would be for some crazy design and all I asked was for plain polish. My tech was Katelyn she was nice I just think that they were uneven and she looked annoyed when I asked her to correct certain things so I didn't bother to ask again anymore. I paid $109 total and while the pedicure was ok it seems a bit excessive for a work that is not quality I feel like these might fall very soon. Also when I was paying the guy at the front puts 3 different Venmo's because I had two technicians and one was for the pay so I proceed to Venmo him $109 and I tipped the lady that did my toes and he comes back to ask me if I had send to both of them????? Don't get me wrong I ALWAYS tip and I tip great when it is a service that is worth it but I found it rude he came and asked like it is mandatory! Might give them another try because the ambience is nice and now I have read reviews about other technicians but for future reference it is ok for clients to ask to change certain things and there should be no attitude given because then it just makes it feel like they are doing you a favor. 3/5 only because pedicure was good. read more

Prices are way too high. For a simple buff and shine.(no polish at all) is was $38. With a tip that is $43 for a very basic manicure. I was there less than 30 minutes. Adding to the previous review (If you see a review with blue nails that's me) : Second time going on 11/17/25 I could say that this time time things improved service wise. The 2nd and 3rd nail pics are gel btw. The front desk guy asked what type of nails I wanted. When I showed him a reference photo he asked 3 different nail techs if they could do what I asked, so I appreciated that. I'm a tricky customer because I prefer gel than acrylic so just wanting a design is a high order in any nail salon I go I guess. But anyways the tech that attended me was Steve (Steven? I'm like 90% sure his name was Steve) and he was very throughout, looked at his work, he kept referencing my nail reference photo to make sure he was doing what I wanted. Very attentive. I'm happy with that. He also tells you up-front how much the nails will cost ($56 btw. $48 for gel refill + $8 for the design) which is good in my book. I don't want surprises at the register. Overall this was an improvement read more

HORRIBLE PLACE... can't speak on the quality of their work because my friend and I ended up walking out due to the way they spoke. My friend arrived on time, notifying them I would be 15 minutes late. They did not tell her they wouldn't have anyone to assist me. When we finally asked, the manager spoke rudely to us and mentioned the tech who was scheduled to work on me left because she was not willing to wait. As a man he pointed his finger in our face and yelled at us in front of multiple patrons. While he was yelling he proceeded with multiple personal insults when we merely pointed out his poor communication. On top of it, the lady (Kelly) was annoyed when we took our time picking out a color and insisted on watching over our shoulder while we did so. ZERO CLASS. Headed across the street instead where the ladies were a joy. read more

Do not waste your time on this fancy decorated place. Today was the worst I was ever treated ima supposedly stress relief service. The owner is rude the staff are even ruder and rough when you upset them and so on. What takes the cake they charged $146 for a mani and pedi for French tip acrylics as I repeated I did not want acrylics but even if I did this was part of the basic pedi not even the more prestige ones they have listed. They charged extra for every stroke. They wanted an additional $8 for another line to be simply painted onto the already approved design. I could have had a full spa treatment for what they charged. Much better options than this place. The nail tech seemed to intentionally be sloppy after my upset as well and make snarky jokes and laugh. Also repeatedly rough houses my foot after me stating I had surgery on it. Very uptight and weird vibes going on here. read more
