As soon as I walked I felt of higher importance being in a place like this. The restaurants atmosphere felt amazing, really great ambiance for sure! Now the burger you see in the photos, let me tell you, it's one of the THE BEST burgers I've had in RGV. And the presentation is so genius, I had never before see a restaurant print their name logo on to the bun. I loved every bit of my experience here.

And at night this place turns into a night club! The vibes were great the Dj definitely played great music!

This was honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. The service was terrible and…read morethe server had a really rude, condescending attitude the whole time. The server was a Hispanic-looking, chubby guy with black hair, and he acted like helping us was a problem. We waited about 2 hours for our food. I ordered green spaghetti with chicken on top, and when my plate came out, there was no chicken. When I asked about it, he just waved his hand at me and told me to wait, like I was bothering him. He would pass by our table and never look our way, knowing I was waiting for the other half of my food. Seems like he only cared about taking alcohol to tables. You will get dismissed if you only go to try their food. I ended up waiting another 45 minutes just for the chicken. At that point I didn't even want it anymore, but of course I still got charged extra for it, and they had the nerve to include a tip too. Then the check comes and it says "liquor," which I never ordered. When I asked about it, he responded in this condescending tone saying it was "for the chicken," like I was stupid for asking a simple question. Slow service, rude attitude, and overcharging. I would never come back and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Spoke to other people and they've had similar experiences as well, and they stillll have the nerve to include a tip! Horrible place, servers, etc.

Costa Messa Restaurant strikes a nice balance between casual and fancy, making it a good option for…read moredinner dates or grabbing a quick lunch with coworkers. I went for a work luncheon of over 40 people and they were able to accommodate all of us without feeling crowded, which was impressive. Reservations were made but service was a little slow; honestly, it was reasonable given a party our size. They started each table with complimentary chips and three different salsas: a traditional red, a green avocado-jalapeño style salsa, and a creamy white salsa. The white salsa was the most flavorful--seemed like a sour cream, lime, and garlic concoction. The red and green salsas had a little heat but were a bit watery and bland. I ordered the tacos al carbon. The beef was chopped, well seasoned, and tender, just as described on the menu. It was a solid meal--nothing that completely wowed me, but nothing overly disappointing either. Overall, the food was better than okay, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant handled a very large group reasonably well. I'd come back and give Costa Messa another try, maybe during dinner to see how the experience compares.

Great atmosphere and the music was great too a mix of everything. Customer service was good over all. To begin with this place is pretty big its more of outdoor place, but they do have 2 little indoor rooms which is pretty cute. Which they have a table and some chairs. The Bar is in the middle of the place surround by several food trucks and tables and high tables also. Totally different from any place in Downtown night life. The food and drinks are a little exorbitant but its kind of worth it. Not gonna lie the food is delicious , though the only thing I've tasted are the Gorditas de pollo. Moreover they also have games which my friends and I played. One is Bag Toss and Jenga those are the only games we saw maybe they had other ones inside the indoor rooms. we'll have to go again to check. Furthermore if y'all are looking for a great time and chill place come try this place out its worth y'alls time.
