When my friend asked for a refund, an older man who seemed like the manager or owner came out and the first thing he said was, "Nothing is wrong with the wrap, it's fine." It was dismissive and rude. Instead of asking what the issue was, he immediately brushed us off. He did eventually give the refund. About an hour later my friend got food poisoning, and later that night I started feeling sick too (I only had a bite). Between the expired condiments, the questionable taste of the wrap itself, and the way the situation was handled, it was a really disappointing experience.
