The three yonng women behind the counter were almost impossible to get help from, and since everything is behind glass you can't help yourself. I had to repeat my request for a carrot cake 5 times. Ludicrous, she and her mates were completely focused on each other. One them handled the same bonbons in a tray at least 20 times while talking to her pals, turning them over to look busy. Yuck. The store is huge. Lots of parking in the lot. The store is clean with lots of great decor and Italian background paintings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. When I went, there was someone singing live as he walked around the store. They have tons of Italian specialty items that are both prepared or boxed. They have a great pizza shop, deli, salumeria, hot food buffet and many more great sections. Everything we tried was delicious. We bought from the pizza shop, deli and some fresh pasta and sauce. They are a little pricy, but the food is high quality. You get what you pay for. I will not mind taking a 45 minute drive every couple of weeks to enjoy their amazing food.
