Employees and servers in the trash, dumpster in plain view and then going back in and serving their tables.

Positives: -environment, lively and energetic -large tables towards the back, more privacy -no wait time Negatives: -drinks took 15-20 mins per drink, if you're going here during brunch double up. -overpriced Buffet for quality and selection of food. -Servers don't restock food or spoons. When I asked for a spoon I was told they'll be stocking the spoons soon instead of finding a few for me then. I didn't have silverware at the table so my food sat and got cold while I waited to get silverware. The spoon was dirty so I asked for a new one and the server was so rude about it. Mind you the buffet is $20 and you can't provide clean silverware??? -green, grayish eggs that I didn't even want to take a chance on. No bacon, or hashbrowns restock. -the server didn't ask how we wanted the check split up so we were there a total of 2 1/2 hours. Just a quick note as a previous server: you need patrons (guests) so that you can make money and pay your bills. Remember that, and don't treat your guests like an inconvenience when you're not capable of doing your job well. This server is in the wrong industry. Just a side note the employees were also jumping on the trash outside and in the dumpster. There was one server that was actually in the dumpster and then came back in and kept serving their tables lol gross.

Apparently this was NOT the weekly special drink. Had us fooled.

My husband and I came in on a busy Friday night. Completely understand the rush and that service was going to be a little slow. After 20 minutes of being at our table (after a 30 minute wait), we asked the manager who walked by if we could track down our server because we hadn't seen anyone in our area since we sat down. She seemed irritated that we even asked. Our server was very sweet, and we could tell that she was a little overwhelmed. But we were there for over 2 hours after ordering 2 small plates and 2 margaritas. When I ordered a second one, I waited for over 30 minutes before I finally just said to cancel it because our baby was getting fussy. It had already been made, so she offered to get it to go, in a much smaller cup that the one we were originally served. I didn't mind this, because I ordered the one advertised on their website AND it was all day happy hour. When we finally got our bill, all margaritas were charged full price. We asked the waitress to check on it, and she agreed that what we saw said that it was a special. Well the manager came and argued with us that we checked the wrong 'social media outlet' (ahem.. this was their direct website), and refused to make any changes to it. It was sketchy the way it was handled because nobody could tell us what the special actually was, or what the all day happy hour entailed. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I didn't even care about the extra amount we paid. The way the manager handled it was disappointing because we had already had several inconveniences, and I'm walking out with a half size margarita that I had ordered 45 minutes previously. The food was good, I'll give them that. As were the margaritas. Maybe come here when it's not busy? (Photo attached for your own judgement on what we saw that led us to believe the special was what we were ordering)

Great atmosphere, great food, great staff. Good dining for families or large groups as well. Their menu is huge and diverse. Some flavors you cannot get without traveling normally. They offer a Sunday brunch buffet, and a well stocked bar. Will be going back again. Open kitchen so that the customer can see how clean it is and that handling processes are being safely observed.

I decided to try out this restaurant, during the week about 3:00pm. It was mostly empty, the hostess was waiting to seat us as we walked in. I felt like I walked into an Olive Garden, the decor appeared outdated and dusty. There are many pieces of Latin art throughout the restaurant, so those helped. The tables, booths, chairs, appeared "well loved". The restaurant wasn't exactly dirty, just looked worn and old. I was excited for the food, the menu has so many options. However my menu was falling apart, and the images and wording were so faded. I originally ordered a peach tea, but it tasted medicinal so I stuck with a root beer. I ordered the flautas. When my food came out, the plate looked bland the only color came from a tablespoon of guacamole. My flautas were very crunchy, the first bite the tortilla shattered and fell all over my plate. The chicken inside was dry in some areas, but very bland. My rice had no flavor whatsoever. I tried a bite of my beans, but they looked a day old. After eating I looked around the restaurant, the bar area looks entertaining. Maybe this establishment is a good place for drinks? We sat right in front of the kitchen, there was a wall of take out boxes. An unusual site, maybe most costumers order take out, or are the portions too large? A couple was seated near us, but asked to move. I looked at their original booth and noticed a tear on the seat. I used the bathroom before leaving. I wasn't surprised by the appearance. Again it wasn't dirty, just looked worn and old. The music in the restroom was blasting. Aside from the poor decor and food, the customer service was good. The hostess and waitresses were friendly. I was hoping to find a delicious Mexican restaurant in the west part of town, but the search continues.

    Tequila sunrise.

Husband and I went in to try there fajitas. Oh my they were so good. The drinks were good too.

Cucumber jalapeño margarita, lime drop shot, coconut margarita and the millionaire margarita.

La mariposa was my favorite restaurant in town. The food was the best, but sadly now the food is no longer the same quality.

It's a big place with lots of parking and tables but it gets BUSY in there. We had a party of a dozen people, and they had to push tables together in the bar. Kind of noisy if you intended to be able to hear each other so not ideal. That's not, however, something I'd ding them for. Just something to keep in mind for your gatherings. What was kind of a deal breaker is how long it takes for the host to get to your table to take your order and how long it takes to get your order. We were probably waiting a good 20 or 30 minutes for each of those events. That being said, the service is very friendly. But they must have been slammed. We saw smaller parties getting their order before us who had come in after us. I didn't get any feedback from the others on their food, but the portions are massive so there was a lot of waste. I had the large albondigas soup which was okay. It wasn't rich in flavor and got really salty if you dip the accompanying bread in it. The meatballs were just kind of greasy and the rice in them probably wasn't necessary. Soup contains zucchini which quickly begins disintegrating in the broth, some large chunks of potato and carrrot also floated amongst the many meatballs. Prices are on the more affordable side if you come from a larger city. Dinner entrees were about $14 - 17. Our entire party ate for only $123! I don't have any reason to ever return to Greeley so the question of whether I'd return is moot. I thought it was amusing that one family member got a margarita to go. WTH?

Get home and find pieces of bacon in my burrito. Called to discuss my concerns with the most absolutely disrespectful person named Brenda. She basically told me I was a liar. She told me I can bring in the burrito for a new one before proceeding to say "bye" and hanging up. At this point I'm livid. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. I get Brenda again, who tells me the manager is not available to speak to. Worst experience ever. I will definitely not be going back.
