The service was friendly and prompt, without that hover feeling, that is such a tight rope to walk. Also, extremely attentive from EVERYONE that was there. Refills never once had to be asked for by any of us. Chips, salsa, beans were not only never empty, but delicious. Salsa is the perfect mix of flavorful and scoupable, but with fresh, thick vegetables. They emphasize the cilantro, which I LOVE!! White queso was note worthy, as well. Perfectly blended consistency and incredibly flavorful. The entrees did not disappoint. Perfectly timed before we overindulged on the chips, salsa, and queso parade. Excellently done Spanish rice was accompanied by the most savory beans I've had in recent memory. Steak, onions, and peppers were grilled and flavored to perfection and served with house-made tortillas. I also, sampled the Chile Relleno platter that was impeccably crisp, and the Tacos al Pastor. Both were rich and robust in tone and flavor. We will definitely return for dinner, soon, but also to try their alcoholic offerings. A little of a drive from home, but worth the trip!!

The waiters and waitresses were all friendly and checking in on us with refills and recommendations. I got a chicken enchilada, red sauce isn't my favorite, but it was still good. Next time I'll see if they can do green sauce. I must say, since coming to Colorado, good Mexican beans and Rice are hard to come by...but this place does it right! Good queso too! My husband got the popular fajitas and was happy with it except for the mushrooms (he's not a fan of them). All in all, my family and I will be back for sure!

The wait staff are all dressed in uniforms and the attention to detail is impressive. Everyone is wiping, vacuuming. Pride in craft is obvious. There are about 15 tables inside and about a half dozen outside. 12 at the bar. There's an extensive menu with all the Mexican standards. Surprisingly, chips and salsa are sold as an appetizer. At first I was thinking wow, don't we usually get chips and salsa for free? Reality is all those chips before the meal mean that I can't finish the entree. So... It's actually good not to have free unlimited chips. Chicken quesadilla is on-point. Tender chunks of chicken smothered in melted cheese on a toasted tortilla. Unusual twist, there's shredded cabbage also. Very tasty. Supremo burrito is excellent. Chunks of chicken, rice, beans, cheese. Guac and pico on the side. Could have used more pico but still very very good. Disappointed in the drinks. The house margarita was poorly mixed. So strong it was like sipping straight tequila. On balance, I appreciate a generous pour but... if I wanted shots, that's what I would have ordered. Despite that minor nit, this was a fabulous Mexican meal.

Party of 12. We made reservations at 5pm for dinner. We arrived on time and we were seated right away. I noticed the ambiance of the restaurant is really nice. The dining area looked very clean. Our waitress was Destiny. She was very friendly and professional. Their menu selection is excellent. Their menu prices are very reasonable compared to the other Mexican restaurants. Also, they have a lot of Gluten Free options in their menu, which made my wife and daughter very happy because they both have Gluten Allergies. We all ordered margaritas. My strawberry margarita was so good. For the party of 12, the food arrived in less than 30 min. Everyone agreed that the food came out hot and fresh. I ordered their combination dinner plate called Cancun. It comes with beef enchilada, beef and bean burrito and beef taco. My food was very delicious. I asked everyone if they enjoyed their food and all said yes. Our waitress Destiny was attentive. She checked on us several times to make sure our drinks are filled and to make sure everything was OK. Great customer service. Overall experience is definitely a 5 star. My wife and I will definitely come back here again.
