I got a fluff and buff on my back for what seemed like an hour, including hot stones, 3 times more work on my left arm, so my right, dominant arm was neglected. Then 20 minutes on the back of my legs. I turned over and got a nice face/head massage then foot massage for the balance of the session. Full body massage includes the front of the body - front of shoulders, abdomen, and legs. I was stunned and then confused when she said the session was done. I've had tons of massage over the years with LMT's and Chinese therapists. never been this disappointed.

I tore my hamstring and it's been a constant battle for the past decade. Run, tweak, rest, run a little slower, tweak, rest. Run a lot slower, and yup, tweak again, and then just sit around feeling sorry for yourself for getting old. Next thing you know, you can't break a 10 minute mile without fear of tweaking again. That's like a fast walk! So I spent a total of 15 minutes being stretched and poked a little. Not sure what happened really. Went downstairs and jogged for about two minutes and I felt fine. I asked how many more treatments I'd need. "Zero, I hope. You should be good to go." So I'm a week out and it's winter here so managed a couple treadmill sessions at the local Y. Didn't want to be greedy, but did some interval training at 8:30 pace and NADA. No tightness. No twinge. Nothing. Pain FREE! It's like voodoo magic. Will try to work my way up, but it's literally the most too good to be true, but it really is true moment I've experienced in a long time! Anyone with that annoying bad tight HAMMY, make an appointment and walk fast! It's CRAZY. I don't even know how else to describe how effective ART can be. Heading over for my shoulder next!

I asked if they could just add me onto the schedule since I was planning to patronize this business for a majority of the day, but they said they have no space and all I can do is just cancel the salt room experience. This was a terrible customer service experience, especially given that it was last minute and for a specific special occasion. I will never try to book anything here again, and I suggest that you avoid this place as well. UPDATE: they apparently still charged my account the full price of the services that I requested, despite saying that nothing went through.
