Hey Everybody. I had the opportunity to check out the LA Lounge over the weekend. I must say it was a great experience. I was welcomed in by Bruce, who notified me that the Lounge is private however it is open for retail. Bruce was very knowledgeable about all of the sticks that we Available for purchase. After purchasing multiple cigars I was able to have a conversation with other members of the club to review the perks of being a member consisted of. We spoke about spoke about sports, relationships, and a whole bunch of other things. I'd never been in a cigar lounge so I didn't know what to expect. I only knew that it was a good place because I met one of the members while I was in town to honor Cornelius "Corney" Mims (3x Grammy Award winner), Lee Bailey (EUR Web) and Terk Stevens for #BugginOutWeekend Our cigar sponsor sent some cigars and ashtrays and I took them to LA Lounge at 2521 Manchester in LA. I was so surprised by the vibe and look and feel. It was very professional. Very welcoming and they told me that women smoke as well. I didn't know that. I liked that it's a PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP place because "everybody can't come" is something we all learned from Nipsey. It's important to have the right crowd and not a lot of randomness. They really understand their business and their membership and they are really doing a great thing. I'm back on the East Coast after my LA trip but look forward to telling people about this wonderful place but reminding everyone that it is membership only so there's a process. My wife came in on a Monday aftetnoon. Nonetheless atmosphere was great, welcoming staff and waitress. I had an old fashion and my wife had a tequila sunrise, both were excellent. Snacked on shrimp and grits, cheesy and spcy savory. My wife had the cheesburger, big, juicy and delicious, fries were nice and crispy. Will come again, maybe some evenimg when live music. read more
