The technician arrived without supplies, didn't call to inform he was onsite and brought the wrong size ladder. Had another issue with a landscape light. Sent two emails with no response even though it's under warranty. Waited over a month for a response for another issue. I was told that it's normal to wait 1-2 weeks as they also deal with urgent matters. Overall, too difficult to work with and invoices are not detailed with light bulb information or product information. They provide free quotes over email. When I complained about the technician, they were unapologetic. Basically said pay the invoice and move on.

He communicated very well, was forthright, and dependable. Could this job be found for less money? Maybe. But it's hard to beat someone who specializes in repiping a house. It also assured that no one person one the crew would be overly taxed, which typically can translate to better quality of workmanship and greater capacity to give attention to detail. It was clear when I met them, as with Alvin, they had a quiet confidence about them- they do repipes day in and day out. They got to work, moving systematically through each phase the job, each team member off to care for their assigned task. I explained the problem and my concerns briefly, and after consulting with an electrician, I was given an approximate time to expect an electrician the following day. The electrician called thirty minutes before the scheduled time, informed me he would be at my house in about a half-hour. He arrived, took off his shoes without having to be asked, given the current Coronavirus restrictions, he was already wearing a mask. The electrician was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I explained my concerns and he listened attentively, asking questions and told me what he would do to investigate the suspected problem. He welcomed me to observe and explained patiently and thoroughly what he was doing at each step, and thoroughly eliminated the possibility the problem was with the electrical system in my house. I built a wood shop in my backyard and I needed power to it. Andy and Adam ran roughly 150 feet of wire from my electric panel to my shop, in my crawlspace and through 80 feet of PVC conduit 18 inches in the ground. They installed a light switch, 5 outlets, 4 light fixture and a main shut off switch for all power. The City of Hillsboro inspector looked at their work and said it was excellent, exactly the way he would have done it. The job passed inspection the first time.
