Great laundromat if you're okay paying $15 per load just to notice your clothes aren't fully clean. Smaller machines barely wash efficiently, which makes sense because it only goes for 20 minutes. Wash n fold service is good, except they ripped a large hole in my cashmere sweater, that i told them to look out for. Girlfriend got her dresses dry cleaned (for $55) and one came back with a few black stains and runs! If you have cheap clothes, shit stains, and deep pockets, this is your spot! If you actually care about your clothes and don't operate life on a trust fund, I'd suggest going to any other laundromat, or even hand washing your clothes in your sink. Their alterations are impeccable. I brought a pair of pants and three jeans to be tailored on Sunday. Everything was ready by Wednesday morning. The stitching is imperceptible!!!!!! I've lived in this neighborhood for some years this laundry mat cause they many in the area, with that said they recently got new management. This place was never good just got you by. They people that work there are rude and irritated when you ask for help. Also they raise prices and placed a card system but half the machines don't work ?!?! La La Laundry has been a game changer for the EV. Why? Because It's 2020 and finally a laundromat has chosen to use smartphones and credit cards for purchasing machine time instead of quarters. I mean cmon, who wants to hang around with so many quarters just for laundry?! Not me! La La Laundry is an excellent laundromat with the highest quality service! I have been here twice and both experiences have been great. When I arrived, I was greeted by a genuinely friendly employee who helped me every step of the way, as I was new to the new card process. She left what she was in the middle of to attend to me and assured me she would continue to do so. The cook less card method is a GREAT new upgrade, which is much simpler than the coin method- I can attest. I was impressed with the high technology and the fact that you don't even have to swipe the card to use the machines--you simply place it on top. The directions on the pristine machines are very clear, which is helpful. I couldn't imagine a way to make the laundry process easier! La La Laundry also offers affordable dry cleaning. It is a nice space to wait for your clothes, complete with tables, chairs, and benches. LaLa Laundry recently bought out my old cleaners spin city: I have been going to spin city for years-I thought I would give the new owners a chance, but I will not be going back. I put all of my lingerie in special lingerie bags, and as I was unpacking my clean laundry, I found a pair of underwear INSIDE my lingerie bags that was absolutely not mine. I see zero reason why they would be opening my lingerie bags, and have no idea how someone else's underwear ended up in my bag. La La Laundry was recently taken over by the old neighborhood laundry mat, and I'm so excited!! They have made the place enjoyable and clean. They've also put in great washers that now have scan cards. Previously the machines were coin only which was always a hassle. i've only gone here for the tailoring and alteration service. it's this one man who does it and he's only there twice a week but he can do ANYTHING. it's like magic. he shortened a rick skirt of mine that looked so complicated i wasn't sure if i was making a mistake or not by dropping it off. he was able to make it the desired length with a beautiful hem. he also fixed a pair of pants of mine in under an hour. true craftsmanship and expertise at unbelievably great prices. don't go to an expert tailor they will charge you triple of what you can get here. love this place, thank you!!! read more

Surprised that they change the management when I walked in. The atmosphere felt somehow with more tranquility. They took away the quarter machines. Feels like a relief because carrying a load of change feels annoying. The new cards for the laundry are just one dollar for the card and you will reuse it and you can add any amount and also get more cash credit bonus the more you put in it. But does not accept credit card but ATMs are all over the village its fine!. The personnel is sweet and helpful. They also speak spanish which is good for the customers that speak the language. They will guide you and assist you right away. The experience is great. The place is more clean and the machines too! read more

I've been using La La Laundry for about 4 years now and I have to say they're one of the most clean laundromat services I've used. If there's an issue with the machine or drying process they will be more than happy to assist without any complains. They have recently upgraded their system and I love that we can reload $ into our card and we use that same card for the laundry and drying machines. They also upgraded all their machines and they're so easy to use. This is a great idea given that we don't have to carry or lump cash/quarters around. Recently due to Covid-19 I've been using their drop off services and they offer no fold discounts and the price is decent. The turn around time is also really fast. I'm appreciative that they're not raising the price especially in times like this. Although I haven't used their dry cleaning and tailor service yet, but I'm sure their service in that aspect will be great as well! I have no doubt that they won't give their 110% to help get what you need done right. They're a trust worthy business and laundromat service. This will always be my go to laundry service. read more

I paid $15 for the tailer to fix a pair of relatively new GAP pants that I loved. After picking up the pants and wearing them once the fabric ripped in the same area that the tailer had just fixed. This was odd considering that this was an ordinary pair of pants and I was utilizing them as such (No cartwheels, No stretching, Just walking). I brought them to La La with the hopes that they would either patch up the hole again or refund me my $15 (a fair request considering that I had only worn them once since the tailer fixed it). However, the tailer blamed the quality of the fabric and refused to refix the pants or refund my money. From my perspective, if the quality of the fabric was so bad, he should have advised me at the very beggining. In which case, I would have just thrown out the pants (which I ended up doing in the end) and saved $15. As a customer who regularly uses the services at La La I must admit that I am dissapointed and do not not foresee returning there. read more
