Brian, new owner (?) is terrific! He really knows what he's doing and does a good job explaining…read morewhat the problem might be an the approximate cost. He said if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge me either. Plus, I had an appt. at the Apple Store in 45 min. So, he said he could get it fixed (or not) by the time I had to leave to go into SLO. Yipppeee, he fixed my iPhone and updated the software and gave me great advice on how to manage my storage. I didn't have to drive into SLO, find parking and get talked into a new phone! Brian is a prize!

As she explained, Samsungs require that not only the front screen be replaced but also the back as well (and they must order or have the right color for your phone to do the job). Unfortunately, it would cost me $345 to replace a cracked glass screen on a $700 device. That said, Anna said the labor cost of that would only be $75. I am not ready to pay so much since my phone is still fully functional but I would definitely consider coming here if I had Iphone repair needs since those seem much more affordable. Lesson learned, folks. Get warranties on Samsung devices.

Once, my phone had slipped off the trunk of my car (don't ask) and fallen in the middle of the Brisco and El Camino Real intersection. By the time I found it, it had been run over several times. But I had babied it with an Under Armor Case, so most of the phone's features worked fine. The camera, screen and a couple of other minor things were needed. This guy worked his magic and had the phone back in my shriveled old hand by the end of the day.

They said it would be easy and $300. I told them to go ahead and do the work. Then, 3 weeks ago, I call them for an update and the owner kept hanging up on me and telling me that they had to order the part. I asked him why they had not ordered the parts yet and I never got a call back from the owner. Then, I called last week to see if it was done and they said it was finishee. My husband went over there to pick it up today and he told me they never did any work on it. They claimed I said the part was too expensive. I don't know if they're mixing me up with someone else, but it also doesn't make sense to just keep someone's computer for over a month and not do any work. The owner is a lazy ass coward who doesn't want to take responsibility for his own behavior. I can't believe they've been in business for 25 years if this is how they treat their customers. I'm so glad I'm getting my computer back from them so that I can take it to real professionals instead. Update: I talked on the phone with the owner again and this time he told me the part never came in. I told him that's not what he has told me. He then argued with me and then hung up on me.
