Visited Friday night for dinner around 530. The restaurant has a nice decor and is modern looking inside and out. The place was packed and there appeared to be no tables available except for at the bar and upstairs. After about a 5 minute wait, we were seated at the bar. Menus and bar top could have been wiped down a little better but it wasn't bad. We ordered guacamole, chicken fajitas, and carne asada tacos. The food arrived quick and was hot. The guacamole, chips and free salsa was excellent. The wife liked her fajitas, but we both agreed the fajitas and carne asada could be better. All in all we had a good dining experience and this place has a lot of potential. They've only been open a couple weeks so perhaps there are some growing pains. We'll definitely give them another try. read more

I had lunch here shortly after they opened. The food was very fresh and delicious! I like that it's downtown in a beautifully renovated historic building. The salsa was great and loved the thin chips. Server was very attentive. Really like it's within walking distance, too! Look forward to another visit soon. read more

Great chips and beer . Now for the food i decided something basic, I ordered 2 chicken tacos , anyone can make tacos , right? The chicken was diced in like dog food bites,absolutely no flavor, terrible. Went back for second chance, maybe hit them on a bad date,,, started out with chips and beer, great cold beer and hot chips .. i decided on the Chili Verdi .. bad choice. Only a couple of months old in Paris. Staff is very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Food is diverse, excellent, and portions are large! The upstairs dining room is nicely decorated and very comfy. Also can't beat the prices! Nothing on the menu is more than $23! That's is for steaks or big seafood bowls. Carne Asada .....WOW! This was the best Carne Asada dinner I have ever experienced. The skirt steak was incredible ....tender, thick, tasty and plentiful. There may be other things to comment on, but I'm so blown away by this plate that I can't see anything else. read more

Food was mediocre for "authentic Mexican food" menu. The restaurant upsales the food because of the modern/new ambience the restaurant supposedly brings. Service was very well from the gal I had at the time. Food came out hot and FAST... I will mention (which I totally know accidents happen) While eating I had an entire drink spilled on me from a fellow waitress. Help was given to me to clean up the spill but I was soaked. Good thing it was water. I know it was an accident by the sweet young girl, but no effort was made by management to compensate my now water soaked $20 dish.... Not to mention the back of house watched the entire thing... My two pluses I give this place was the chips and salsa. It was one of the best I've had. But heck... how hard is chips and salsa to do well. A+ to the server I had as well. My advice if you want GOOD Mexican food for the price make a different choice. read more

This was the second time we ate here and the place is already going down the drain. The Molcajete was not hot, steak full of fat, the chicken was rubbery, cheap cheese sticks only partially melted, the cactus was soft and only lukewarm, the shrimp were small and only okay tasting. We also had a cheese dish that had a strange texture and nothing like we get in Mexico or other good Mexican restaurants in the US. In addition, our server was not attentive and was more interested in gabbing with his Mexican friends at the bar than attending to our needs as, we had to go out of our way to get his attention for simple things like a fork, tortillas, etc. read more

Beautiful decor, wonderful atmosphere. Great service and delicious food. Had the puffy taco, which was delicious, chips were service warm, they were thin and crispy. Salsa was flavorful, not too hot. Best sweet tea I have had in awhile. Recommend giving this place a try. read more
