Everything was so delicious my 'Imma just try it' went straight out the window! I had a fajita torta, and for take out delivery, it handled the ride pretty well. It was packed well and STUFFED. I get picky about my food getting soggy or a little too wet (either from lettuce or tomato) but the bread still had bite to it and everything altogether was tasty. Then I ordered fajita tacos (had a huge craving for them all week). And they had onion, cilantro, and limes included to drizzle and it was so good. I didn't even remember to take a picture I just gobbled it all up. The food was DELICIOUS! And their bean soup was so good. I don't usually order bean soup because I enjoy my refried beans but I was beyond surprised that they were so tasty. I ate it all up and drank the broth too! This is only my second time here, but I'm originally from Chicago and finding authentic Mexican food, especially fresh corn tortillas, has been a struggle. I've now tried every flavor of their breakfast tacos, and today I got a torta and decided to risk the pumpkin spice horchata. I was skeptical, but zero regrets. It was so good. It's a food truck, so you park, order at the window, and when your food is ready they bring it directly to your car, which is a nice. The service has been great both times too. When I asked about the pumpkin spice horchata and admitted I wasn't sure I'd like it, he immediately told me he'd swap it for something else if I didn't. They're currently right across from the Cypress post office, which is actually how I found them the first time. If they ever move, I'll be following them wherever they go. Dramatic, but true.
