Fidelina's is a friendly restaurant in Ellensburg with huge burritos and great chips and salsa…read more We stopped in for dinner on a drive out East, and ordered chips/salsa/guac, a wet tofu burrito, and a plate of al pastor street tacos with rice and beans. Their chips are very crispy and fresh, and I really enjoyed the flavor of their salsa. The guac is chunky and delicious, tastes very fresh. My dinner buddy really enjoyed his tofu burrito, which he described as "so big, it's almost too big" and "the size of a baby". Can confirm it was the biggest burrito I have seen in a while. The al pastor was decent, although it did not have pineapple as Al pastor usually does, and strangely came with radishes and spring greens? A bit odd. The rice and beans were alright, not the best. Service was great, everyone there was very friendly and attentive and food came out quickly. We enjoyed sitting in their outdoor seating area, which was quite spacious.

Out of towners, here for the weekend and wanted Mexican food for dinner. Read good reviews on Yelp…read moreso we headed over there. The restaurant is very clean and simply decorated. We shared nachos and a burrito. Let's talk about the nachos first. They were served with sour cream and guacamole & were pretty good. Kind of dry, it would've been better if it was served with some salsa. The chicken burrito, but not wet. It had really good flavor and it was served with some green sauce that I really enjoyed. Overall a good place to eat. Bottom line, I would return. Staff were pleasant. And The bathroom was very clean and well stocked.?

I really enjoyed them! I've been craving mole for years and this chicken mole did NOT disappoint! It was rich, creamy and everything I wanted it to be. You can barely taste the chocolate but the color is a deep dark brown and that's what you should expect in a great mole. The chicken fell off the bone in the sauce. This mole sauce makes you want to lick your fingers clean. The beans and rice were also very fantastic. Definitely the best beans and rice that I've had in a while. I could make a meal with just those 2 sides. Can't forget the homemade corn tortillas. I received 5! They were piping hot with my to-go Mole. So hot I couldn't eat them right away! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burrito. The toppings were piled high with the beef, rice and beans. And it wasn't a small burrito, it filled up my big man. He didn't even save room for his fries. There must be years of cooking experience in that little restaurant. We will definitely be back next time we are in town. Great amount of food for $30! And I got 2 meals out of my chicken Mole entree.
