    Cake bakery

Absolutely love how my cake came out, costumer service was very accommodating. The tres leche with vanilla flavor was one of my favorites definitely will be going back to try the different flavors they have. Recommend to anyone looking for a cake bakery. Prices are reasonable!

This is what I wanted! They told me that they couldn't do the flowers and the "branch", and the small flowers.

This last time I tried to ask for a specific design which it wasn't hard to do. Apparently the cake needs to have a border and it could only be one color. If I'm paying for a design that I want, and I'm showing it to you... tell me upfront if you Can or Cannot make it! That way I don't waste my time and I start to look for another bakery. Since I didn't want a one color border, I told her to pattern it with the colors they were going to use for the flowers. She said no because it can only be one color and they were not going to have time to do what is was going to pay for. They weren't going to be able to do the flowers in the picture nor put the rim. They're only good for your ordinary cakes that you can buy at El Super or Rancho Market!

I would definitely would recommend this place! We got my wedding cake from here and even the caterers at the venue are asking me where did I get my wedding cake from! The owner is very friendly and helpful! They also have reasonable prices compared to other places! And their cakes are in breads are so delicious!! I wish I had a picture of the wedding cake! It was gorgeous!

Always come for Tres Leches cake, they have so many different flavors (piña colada, pecan, original, peach and I think strawberry too).

This beautiful little shop feels like stepping into another world the moment you walk in. It's family run, and you can truly feel the love and creativity that goes into everything they make. From cupcakes and tortes to cookies and so much more, every display case looked amazing. They even had gluten-free options, which was great to see. Gabriel welcomed us in and took the time to walk us through all the delicious treats they had to offer. His kindness and enthusiasm made the experience even more special. Since it was our first visit, we were treated to complimentary shortbread cookies -- we chose lavender and rose -- and both were absolutely delicious. We ended up taking home a strawberry brownie, the tuxedo cupcake with dark chocolate and buttercream frosting, a vanilla cupcake, and the limoncello cupcake. Every single dessert was wonderful and beautifully made. This is the kind of bakery you instantly know you'll return to again and again. We will definitely be back!

I've been here 3 times in 2 weeks after discovering it and plan to go again in the next couple days. There's so much try! They even do high tea, which is a treat to find! The decor is unique and gives service to their heritage and personally curated feel. No doubt there is something to enjoy for everyone here. I'm not sure about Vegan or gluten free options.

They sometimes sell out of their croissant wheels, so we had to get one: croissant consistency shaped into a circle with filling and glaze. When you cut into the raspberry lemon, the so-named filling oozes out... decadence on a plate. They also had a pistachio and chocolate one, and others. Somewhat similar to cronuts but less flaky. At $9.50, I'm good for awhile! We also tried the soft lemon blueberry cinnamon roll which also came in several different flavors. Their sandwich bread is also quality; we enjoy the honey whole wheat. They have a rewards card to buy 10 loaves of bread (or challah, sweet bread) and get 1 free. They also donate their leftover goods at the end of the day to a homeless shelter. My daughter can't get enough of the mint brownie, and my husband always asks me to bring home one of their coffee cake loaves. Beyond those favorites, they offer an incredible selection of cupcakes, croissants, cookies, cinnamon buns, and so much more. Anytime we have visitors, this is one of the first places I take them. I know they're vegetarian, but I wanted to double check with her. She responds as "vegetarian means no meat, right"? All employees working at a food establishment should know what vegetarian means. This was quite baffling to hear. I asked her for a new slice because the one that was out on display was visibly burned and the other slice was touching pepperoni from the meat pizza. As mentioned, I'm a vegetarian. Therefore, I could not have either one of those slices. She proceeds to say that's how the pizzas are. They are slightly burned because they are so sourdough. While I can accept this answer, I do not accept the fact that she would not be willing to give me another slice as a paying customer. She insensitively said she can't give me a new one until all the old slices are taken up. She mentioned that this is their procedure. According to this, they are saying that they will not provide a proper product unless the old, damaged product, or unacceptable by the customer is used up first. If this is their business model, then it is apparent they do not value customer service. This business should have the competence to understand that if they want to sell a product, they cannot sell it in a condition that the customer is not satisfied with. Most importantly, being a vegetarian, they should have the sensitivity to understand that if a slice is touching the meat product then they cannot consume it. And again, the employee completely disregarded my health and religious beliefs by not accommodating me. You usually won't encounter problems when you're just trying to buy bread. However, it reflects on the business's employees greatly when there is a problem and they do not value customer service by resolving or accommodating the customer's satisfaction. I will be switching to Noble exclusively. Especially since it's so readily available at the farmers markets and stores.
