There is plenty of seating, it was on the louder side between loud music, the sound of people in a restaurant, and there are tvs on. A little overstimulating for me and my elderly companion. You can order from a slip with sushi rolls, sashimi, and other items. The buffet is all you can eat, and it's my understanding it's all included in the price. We ordered four different rolls, and I scoped out the buffet. We hadn't realized it was all included when we planned to eat here, but good to know. I got some fresh fruit and fried plantain for us to share from the buffet. They had lots of orange chicken, sushi rolls on display, soups, crab, and so much more. It all looked delicious. The sushi rolls we ordered were perfect, the seafood was fresh and rolls well prepared. I haven't been to a buffet in a while, but I haven't to say the quality was great. Everything on the buffet was hot and steaming. It was on the pricier side for two people, but it was a nice treat for visiting from out of town.

Compared to south Florida's cost of living, the pricing is surprisingly inexpensive for the quality and service. We brought our standard poodle with us, since we were on vacation. For my south Florida friends, if you are passing through north Georgia, Cotto's should definitely be on your itinerary.

But I'm not sure that a small pie needs to be $25. Maybe that's just me. Lately restaurant prices startle me. The sub was disappointing altogether. The bread was grocery store quality and was not even fresh. Remembering the subs that I had at Little Italy before, there was no comparison. The salad was uninspired although I did enjoy the Italian dressing. While I almost never talk about restaurant prices I came away spending over $60 for a basic pizza dinner, and I don't think it was worth it. They do have a two dollar Tuesday deal on slices and I could see going back for that, or other advertised specials.
