Even the chocolate in the chocolate biscuit (desert served with vanilla mouse) tasted 'home made'. - The menu lists gluten-free items - The staff is willing to help you with your choice. I don't know much about wine so they suggested one to me. Last night we were there and the waiter knew the name of the wine my girlfriend wanted, before my girlfriend asked for it. - The restaurant has a wine store where the wine bottles on the menu and many more can be bought. The menu is written on chalkboards and changes regularly, though a few favourites are always in place, such as the Baccala (salted cod), Tagliatelle with Duck, and Hunter's Rabbit with Olives. The wines are displayed in every possible location: just select one or ask the obliging waiters to recommend something - they will never push you on to anything expensive. And the 'Spin' bit? It is said to be derived from Spina, meaning the spine of the codfish.
