She's also the first P/T I've seen who made me feel completely ok with the low-fitness level I started at, a very accepting attitude and easily meeting me where I was to help me with my joint instability & muscle weakness. Christine is so awesome, that she's also very busy. It was a wait of several weeks before I was able to get in to see her, (COVID likely helped make that longer than it would've been in the 'before times'), but the wait was absolutely worth it!! I had an issue with my insurance because of the discontinuation of Pacific Source in Lane county. For some reason, I wasn't automatically transferred to Trillium. I received a voicemail from Mobility Project saying they canceled all my appointments. They did this without consulting me, offering for me to pay out of pocket, or just keeping my appointments on the books for when I got put on Trillium (which only took about a week). I had my appointments booked out for months because of my tight schedule. When I called to reschedule, my spots were taken, so I have to wait over a month now to return when I am in constant pain. I asked to be put on the waitlist, and then they tried to hang up on before I could schedule out further. When I respectfully expressed when had happened, they said "uh-huh." Unfortunately I have to keep dealing with this staff because nowhere else in town treats my specific symptoms. This causes so much anxiety and I feel completely disrespected and dismissed. They have a complete lack of empathy. I am extremely disappointed.

He sends me home each week with homework tailored to my schedule and my personal goals. Also, Mike is about as nice as they come. I never feel foolish or self conscious. I always say that I am his most difficult client (I'm pretty pig headed and push back all the time) but he's always able to get me to do what's right and good for my body without making me feel uncomfortable or silly. It's not an exaggeration to say that in one of the most difficult periods of my adult life, they provided me and my elderly father with a sense of caring and support that transcends normal business operations. Our story in short: I was not raised with my biological/birth father, but toward the last phase of his life, I became responsible for helping coordinate his care, housing and finances. Not only did I live 11 hours away, but the whole idea of suddenly making critical decisions for him, with no previously established relationship on that level and no siblings or significant others to share the burden, was hard to imagine. When a loved one's mental and physical health begin to decline, it's difficult under normal circumstances, let alone inserting yourself into their life as their advocate when there is no one else. Luckily, there was someone else. There was a whole team of them. Senior Resource Advisors (SRA) had been connected through a referral with both my father and the facility where he was living. They reached out to me to begin the process of organizing a complete care plan that dealt with everything from medical appointments to automated bill payments and everything in between. Open and frequent lines of communication were established and I never felt like there was a day or time that I couldn't ask for clarification or help with any issue. And of course...there were plenty! Let me take a moment to mention that Urmi Boyd, President of SRA is a remarkable and beautiful human being who summoned incredible patience and determination to make this whole thing work. Medical, legal, financial and even social/emotional issues were handled by her with the type of care that we all want for our parents (and hopefully someday for ourselves) and without her personal approach, this situation would have rapidly deteriorated. Urmi was firm when needed, and compassionate throughout. In our age of automation and digital solutions, there is no substitute for a smart, sensitive person who has the ability to weigh the situation and make a timely and thoughtful recommendation. That was Urmi. My father passed away on October 12th. Before he died, we had worked with Urmi and her staff to manage his pain medication through the hospice nurse. Knowing his wishes, we planned together to make sure he was comfortable and aware enough to spend a final afternoon visiting my son, who traveled with me to see his grandfather. My father proudly introduced him to the staff of the care facility, then summoned the strength to walk us to the door and hug us goodbye. It was the last time we saw him. Every family's situation is unique to them, as they experience it. But there is enough commonality in these important life moments, that having someone with experience and skill can make a world of difference. For me and my father, that was Senior Resource Advisors and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Senior Resource Advisors took wonderful care of an aging aunt who resided at a senior facility. You might ask why this additional layer of help? The answer is simple. The facility provided a very nice place to live,, good food, a set of activities to help residents. SRA provided daily contact, took her shopping, to doctors appointments, helped her with personal needs such as cleaning clothes. SRA took a tremendous burden of care off family members and was a lasting friend forr my aunt. During the last weeks of her life, SRA really showed value, takinG her to thE hospital, being there when she needed help and support, gave a loving hand to help an aging lady comfort in the last days of her life. Simply priceless. If youre at a distance, or not able to dedicate sufficient time yourself, SRA fills the gap.

I had a challenging back injury (herniated discs and severe nerve tension) and had jumped from PT to PT over the course of 5 months, with no relief and no advancement in my healing process. Chelsea has made me feel confident, strong, and I've healed so much faster than I had been. Not only am I walking again, I'm lifting weights, working out on the elliptical and hopefully soon will be conquering hiking and hills. Obviously, you get as much out of PT as you put into it, but without Chelsea's expert guidance I would not be where I am today. In addition, Endurance PT came highly recommended to me by my gynecologist...and I'm not sure there are any other doctors who know the female body better than your gyno.

Unfortunately Megan is transitioning out of physical therapy and I was seen by Amber instead. Amber is overconfident and has an attitude. She touches your body with a towel in her hand while wearing gloves which is awkward. I was then charged for a no show because I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident that required me to reroute. I asked to have my appointments with Amber cancelled and to be seen by another therapist and was told I would be called by Megan. That did not happen and my appointments were not cancelled. I then asked for my records to be mailed to me. They were not and I had to call again and ask for them to be mailed to me. I finally received them and they included inappropriate comments making attacks against me personally from one of the staff members who had talked over me and was rude during my interactions with her. I then went to another physical therapist only to discover I had been misdiagnosed with having one leg longer than the other which I had gone to my orthotics specialist for a heel lift to fix which only created problems. I actually just have a minor hip misalignment. These people are rude, inflexible, intolerant, and do not know what they are doing.

Kieth is a great physical therapist.  I have been to a few PTs over the years and Kieth is by far…read morethe best.  He worked with me to pinpoint the root of my problem and find strengthening movements that would work for me and my body type.  Keith identified issues that my previous PT's had missed completely. I am so appreciative of how attuned he is to receiving input and not rushing to conclusions.  He is, also, NOT hamstrung by relying on a computer program to list movements and treatment like so many that have attempted to treat me. In short, he heard my description of what my body was telling me and helped me increase my mobility and decrease my pain around movement.  I, also, found him to be gentle and very trauma informed. In so many ways, this is a judgement free office. If you can, see Carrie for a massage after your PT. She is a great masseuse. They work together wonderfully. Kieth works you just hard enough to spot the right issue to address.  Than Carrie massages out the kinks after they confer. If only all medical offices were as kind, considerate, knowledgeable and coordinated. This is a repeat from Google, but I just like them enough to pay in multiple places.

There is plenty of parking, luckily the parking garage is across the street. Better yet the location is located in downtown Eugene and so easy to walk to. It's on Willamette St and walking distance to other great locations downtown. I've been in this shop a few times and the customer service is always amazing. Super knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy going in just to browse but always find great gifts. My parents love the aromatherapy diffuser stick called Breath Easy. It's a must have for them. I picked up some adorable heart teas today as a gift for a friend. Plus amazing hand painted affirmation cards. Was totally pleased to have Rachel help me today and honestly so glad to find local business that carries natural, organic and vegan cleansers/ skin care items.
