I had been waiting for 2 months for Dr. Binnion to give me an appointment after he reviewed my referral. His office staff first told me that he received my file and was reviewing it 7 weeks ago. After 3 weeks I called again and waited as usual for the receptionist to tell me that he was a couple of weeks out and he should be looking at it soon. After another week I called and waited for the receptionist and told her do you have any idea how long she told me that she could give me another endocrinologist in the areas phone number if I did not like the wait. Again I waited another 10 days an called this time I was informed that it would probably be a month and a half before he could look at the referral and then she could schedule an appointment. I told her that that was not what I was told on the three other telephone calls, she told me "that's the way it is". I would not waste my time with the understaffed, rude people who do not care if they see your not! Thats what happens when you deal with a corporation. read more
