Their shrimp in garlic sauce is amazing as well as their salads, the dressing is the best, it should be bottled and sold. It's an experience just watching them cook! The food is always hot and ready, and the staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. We usually call ahead to place our order, and it's typically ready in about 20-30 minutes. On the left side is the sit-down restaurant, which has a warm, welcoming vibe. If you just can't wait to get home to enjoy your meal, you can always head next door and dine in comfortably. The tri tip is super flavorful, but half of my tri tip pieces were hard to chew and the other pieces were super tender so I'd say it's the luck of the draw depending on which cut of it you get. I also love their mac + cheese and beans + brisket as sides. Since Big Pink's is a food truck, there's limited seating (only 1 picnic table) but we live so close by that we've just taken it to go and eaten it at home! The employees are super nice. After you order, they let you sit in the car to wait and bring it right to you :) This is definitely a new go-to spot for my husband and me!!
