After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

We got some produce and all of it looked good, not wilted or sad, so I was very impressed. We took the fish home and it was so much better than we've had at other places. Refusing a purchase over one cent, especially after I had already added another item to meet the minimum, is ridiculous and very poor customer service. Folks, please just go to the light on Redwood/Grove Way and make a U-turn. PRO-TIP: Patience goes a long way when trying to park there. Go in with the mentality that you might have to circle around a few times. Put on a nice music playlist to pass the time. Go towards the back near the Church area closer to Grove Way. Or park behind Pampas Cafe. Don't get caught in the death loops of parking in those first three rows near the entrance.
