so I get in and let the lady doing my toes what and I want (acrylic French tip toes) and she lets me know BEFORE starting my service they would be 60 which is great w me (loved her, she was amaze and the only reason I'm giving this place that one star, that one star is for her!). then I let the man doing my nails (younger guy looked about 20s maybe 30s) I show him a picture and he gets to work and never let me know how much till he was done w my service. I wasn't thinking anything of it in the moment because I thought I picked a reasonable set w very basic "designs". While doing my nails I told him 3 times I want the middle finger to be a French tip and he said "okay" w a very rude attitude all three times i let him know. then (idk if u can tell in the pictures) i notice my lines on my ring finger aren't even straight they were slanted, THEN i noticed my "french tip" i had on my pinky and thumb were barley even there and on my thumb my polka dots weren't even dots (as shown in the pictures). After he was done I didn't say anything because i am not a confrontational person and just wanted to leave, he then FINALLY let me know my nails were going to be $100 dollars. 100 dollars for that bullshit was actually insane. I should've let him just take them off but they probably would've charged me for that too. Also not to mention I noticed both of the ppl doing my service never used fresh nail buffers or new drill bits (the one doing my nails still had someone else's nail powder on said drill bit). AND noticed the lady that cleans after someone is done w their pedicure never wipes any of the part where your feet go or puts anything or even just rinses the bowel out. The only thing she wiped was the head rest and arm rest and that's it. After she wiped it someone else came to sit like nothing was wrong, made me disgusted. read more

The place is huge. It's a one stop shop. It wasn't as clean as I would like. My arm rest tables were sticky and gross. The lady doing my hands seemed like she was in a rush to finish after I told her 3 times I was not getting acrylic nails. The lady on my hands and the one for my pedi did a good job. They reached out to me pretty quickly and asked if they could make it right. Which they did and then some. The overall feel of this place is very comfortable and the prices are extremely fair. I hate leaving poor reviews but I came in and spent 100 dollars on my nails (long acrylic, French tip). I didn't request anyone but the worker I got was having conversation the entire service, which is not a problem at all but she did not necessarily communicate with me unless I had to interrupt because something was not right. I normally come here for my pedicures and have never had a bad experience. But I ended up leaving with a very crooked nail and some being thicker in size than the others. I also noticed as a cosmetologist tools were not taken out of sterilization bags before being used which made me a little nervous. But other than that it is a very beautiful establishment. read more

I visited this nail shop along with my brother. I enjoyed my Purple Whisper pedicure and mimosa. I got a French tip with regular polish. The pedicurist tried to give me pushback about regular versus gel polish. I got the regular polish and it lasted me until my next pedicure, no chips. read more

I got a referral from my friend. His girlfriend used to be a receptionist there so I went ahead and drove over there to give them a try. When I first walked in, it was overpowering smell of chemicals, of course. Then a gorgeous Christmas tree decorated in Easter theme. They had so many choices of Spa levels and nail colors. I could've spent all day looking for a color but just went ahead and went the easy route. I chose the Easter spa which is $75 with $10 off for my pedicure and another $20 for French tips. I had a great experience and met a girl there that was also there for her first time. They are having a raffle for an iPad, LV purse and Gucci perfume on April 30, 2025, which is there anniversary date. If you spend $42 or more, you get a raffle ticket to be entered in a drawing and you don't have to be there to get the prize. They will call you if you get picked. I will be back to get a manicure soon and see how that goes but other than that it was a spectacular referral. read more

Depending on what nail tech you get, the results can be very different. My manicure turned out fine, but I'm pretty sure the lady who did my pedi had never done cat-eye before. She also cut way too much off of my cuticle so I just have an open wound on my big toe. The cat-eye didn't really look right, but I wasn't gonna make her redo it. I think she even knew but she just blamed it on my toenails being too small (It's normal). Everyone else in my party was fine though. They even stayed an hour past closing to finish a job on my grandma. This place would deserve 3 or 4 stars because most of the staff were as accommodating as possible. Unfortunately, the hygiene of this place is inexcusable. I'm scared of developing an infection because the nail files, brushes, UV lamps, and towels were filthy and covered in nail dust. I'm pretty sure they don't wash their equipment between clients. They definitely need to enforce some kind of cleaning routine. read more

I found this nail salon on Yelp after reading recent reviews. While visiting my family in Spring, TX., my sister-in-law and I decided to go. I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked in the door. It was bright, clean, and huge. Plenty of staff. The greeter at the desk was very nice and professional. Their choices of nail colors along the wall was massive! I decided to get the Classic Joy manicure and the Lavender pedicure. As soon as I sat in the chair, I was given a menu of various complimentary drinks, alcoholic and non -alcoholic. I, of course, chose champagne. Ava did my manicure and pedicure. She was great to talk to as well as doing a fabulous job. I love that she did 3 coats of nail polish. Shocked this place has such a high rating. It was one of the worst experiences in a nail salon I've had in awhile. I received a pedicure that was pre booked online and was pushed 3 times into getting their seasonal $86 pedicure that I had to almost be rude to get the nail tech to show me the standard $36-55 options (I booked for the $42 one.) Then when I went to get my manicure and dip I got zero cuticle or manicure work and when I showed the tech pictures of the snowflake art to ask if she could do it- she said yes and didn't even need to look when she did it she was not able to even remotely replicate that design and they look terrible. Like a melting snowflake blob. You can also see debris in the dip. Additionally, all the things you worry about at a nail salon happened in about 5 minutes: argument over your nail length preference, being told you need other services, not being able to pick the color you want bc they know better, pressuring three times for me to get alcohol after I said no... again I'm still shocked as to how they have a 5 star rating bc I certainly would never recommend this place. read more

I went to get a fill today with my daughter who is eight years old for reference. So on their menu, they have a kids manicure that is $12 and so I said I would like the kids manicure for my daughter and I would like a feel the lady proceeds to ask do I want acrylic on the child's nails I explained, of course not no thank you. The staff then proceeds to tell me because my daughter is tall and what she assumes is over 50 inches tall that she will be charged $20 for a manicure versus $12 for a manicure. My daughter is. It a giant and she has very small hands. The staff didn't even look at her hands. Greedy policy this is. Then she says well the manicure is $20 but we can just put polishing for $18. This is how ridiculous they are. This is not listed anywhere and this is absolutely absurd, but since it is their business, I told them they will not be getting my business today and that is an awful policy. I want to warn others that if you have children, they will charge the children based on their height, not based on their age. For that reason one out of five or zero if that was an available option. Yes this deserves a ONE STAR review for such a ridiculous policy that is not stated anywhere. First impressions are everything and I was not impressed and yes, there are many other nail salons just like this one around so I will patronize those businesses. I thought maybe I'll give this one a try because it's closer in proximity. I will not return to this business to give them another try and anyone else I recommend that you try elsewhere because the vibe is very off with the staff at this establishment. Poor customer service. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere. Also note to the owner of this establishment since you want to try and do research to determine what others are posting about, others are posting about their experiences and a review is based off of that so if I have a bad review for a business it is because I received bad service or a bad product. Be careful with pricing. They want to charge to remove polish, to change polish color, to cut cuticles etc. All of that should be included in the pedicure or manicure price. I have never heard of charging $5 to cut cuticles and $7 to change polish for your next visit. They are also sneaky with it and will do things and then tell you the final price at the end. So, a pedicure can be $35 regular price but then it ends up being $65 with all of their hidden "fees". Ask for prices upfront. I did not let them fool me, just be mindful. read more

Nice new salon but it's a shame I won't be returning. The place smells smoky and reeks like cheap incense. They have WAY TOO MANY of those vaporizing air fresheners with a horrible smoky incense scent, it's NOT an aromatherapy pleasant scent like a day spa.
