New to the area and needed a polish change on my toes and a fill and polish on my hands. Aesthetically, the place is really nice. Inside appears clean and modern. White, silver and upscale. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, but that's as good as it got for customer service and was sat at the pedi chair for my polish change. It literally looks like she just slapped paint on my toes and to make matters worse, this was the second paint job from her because the first was just as bad and she had to remove it and do it again. I should've just left after that, but seeing that another lady was the one doing my nails, I decided to give her a try. While her filing and refill application seemed flawless, and she did take her time, these damn lines on my fingers are a mess. And then to be charged 75.00 dollars, I literally was just standing there stuck. I did question the price, and she told me the polish change on the toes were 15.00 the fill and design was the other 60.00. In the moment all I could do was pay and leave because I was pretty upset. Such a shame. The owner seemed so nice, courteous and helpful. Beautiful establishment and welcoming. I've been doing my nails for over 20years, and to have a "licensed" aesthetician brush off my concerns when I am clearly telling her, she's hurting and cutting me, was what really determined I'll never return. Pedicure was so rough and hurtful, each toe nail she was digging deep in between my nail bed and skin causing me to bleed on several toes. She was more talkative and kind to her 5year old daughter who was board and running around. After, I went to have my nails done, by another young lady in the same establishment, sitting at the second desk when you walk in. I walked in with ten straight nails, and left with four crooked nails. When I informed the lady the nails were not straight, she replied with an attitude and told me my nail bed is crooked. I was so annoyed and disappointed because she actually shaped my nails exactly as I wanted. To top it off, she started cutting my cuticles at the end, cutting my skin on each nail, again causing me to bleed, I pulled away and she was so rude, so I told her you're hurting me and just leave them all the way they are. She added my clear gel polish didn't allow my right hand to fully dry (gel polish) and sent me on my way. I paid a total of $40 for the pedicure with gel polish and $60 for nails , which overall for me is a good price but the service, crooked and painful finger nails/toes is not worth it. I did not leave a tip as I was already annoyed at have to pay for unpleasant services. Upon washing my hands, and showering same and next day all my fingers and toes are burning from the cuts around my nail beds. I will continue to go where the aesthetician will not hurt me, draw blood and listen to what I want as the paying customer. These services are not free and should not have to be unpleasant. Will never recommend and I will continue to drive to Fort Myers. read more

If you want a nail salon with no communication whatsoever this is the one for you!! Some heavy set lady started doing my nails without even saying hello or asking me what I wanted ( shape wise ) ( color wise ) NOTHING. She was doing my nails for 5 minutes and got up without a word to go EAT FOOD IN FRONT OF ME . Came back to the desk without a word !!! And continued doing my nails. Still didn't ask me a damn thing about what I wanted NOR EXPLAINED ANY PRICES TO ME , keep in mind the only word I got out of this woman was " full set " " sit here " the lady on the phone I'm guessing the owner told me acrylic starts at 30$ and up I only wanted a simple French tip which should NOT cost 60$?? Was in town for work and took advantage of some kid-free time to get a mani/pedi. Kevin took really good care of me. I asked him if he could do an ombré dip manicure. He at first seemed hesitant and asked another tech if they were familiar with the technique. To be honest, a dip ombré takes patience and talent and not many nail techs will try it. But Kevin tackled it and I think he did a great job. I spent a good amount of time there but enjoyed the good conversation with Kevin and his staff. I am not a person that leaves bad reviews but if you are going to run a business then I suggest you add proper customer service and quality of work as your #1 priority. The first time I went it took me 3 hours to get a pedicure and fill. I went back for the second time and paid $55 for a fill not included $8.00 tips; unfortunately, I needed to return in a week to get charged $20 to fix their poor quality of work. I was told that I won't be charged to get the gel that was peeled off and anacrylics chipped off. My nails usually last 3 weeks. Terrible services!!!! Never going back. read more

No one wearing masks and one girl was sick waiting for her COVID results. She was sneezing and talking about all the medicine she was taking. I felt so uncomfortable that I left without even getting my pedicure. It's disrespectful for everyone in the room. It's one thing that you don't like masks but it's another thing that you're sick, waiting for a COVID results, and you're not wearing a mask or not staying home. We'll I don't think spending HOURS in a nail salon should be good . I get "fill ins" and it takes 4-5 hours for her to just get my hands done because they just stay talking to everyone else but who's in front of them & the lady who does my nails is ALWAYS on her phone or FaceTiming someone . I think this is very unprofessional if someone is coming to you for there business you should pay attention to your customers!!! She also pushes my nails so far it hurts so bad and she's very rough with my hands ! The girl who does my feet don't even pay attention, my nails were all different lengths ! The own should really talk to her staff because this place is very unprofessional and NOT worth your money !!! They will charge you ANYTHING! I show them what I want & they do what they wanna do with your nails . This place shouldn't even be up and running !! I am not usually one to leave a bad review but I have gone there twice now and have left in pain both times. The first time the lady was very aggressive when cleaning up the cuticles, I actually bled in one spot. With that said I didn't go back for a while but decided to go again last week because it's like a one minute drive from my house. Even worse experience than before. She (different lady this time) couldn't understand me because I literally pulled my foot back and told her not to cut my nails just to file them, she smiled at me and proceeded to continue to try to cut my nails. I again pulled my foot back so she just went on to filing my nails very hard. When cleaning my cuticles she was cutting off more than she needed to. It's been 4 days and every single toe on my feet are still sore. I just personally feel the people hired here have zero experience or have never even been certified. read more
