I wish i could have tried anything i wanted but they only had 3 kinds in the freezer available, i took one of each and was absolutely delighted. The texture is nice and light almost that of a whipped cheesecake. I did find out you can call ahead 48 hrs to place a custom order which i definitely plan on doing as their Crème brûlée and Bailey's cheesecakes were screaming my name. For one fixed price (about $95 CAN), you are treated to course after course after course of the most delicious food crafted in the Québécois countryside. Everything has maple. Everything is the best thing you've ever tasted. I just wanted to slow down time and make this night last forever. Because it was just two of us, we lucked out and got seats at the bar instead of sharing a big communal table. Our two barkeeps were excellent- so friendly, plus knowledgeable and enthusiastic about every dish they served us. I had read that seasoned diners know to bring their own plastic containers for leftovers, so I too tucked a few into my bag. Do the same. Especially by the time you reach the flight of desserts at the meals end, one simply cannot consume that much food in one sitting. I will be dreaming of this epic meal for years to come. They also had ax throwing but we didn't check that out so it's unclear if that was included or not.
