    Cheese papusas

I ordered the Papusas which were fantastic. They could of been not as salty. I have ordered in person vs on the phone before for carne asada tacos to go and Papusas dine in. Both times were fantastic. Translation wasn't great when trying to figure out what stores are around them and telling me to order Uber eats or GrubHub was rubbing me the wrong way. These new generations don't seem to understand landmarks or why I wanted my name on my order. They are always busy !!

Comes with thick, Guatemalan-style tortillas instead of bolillos.

Stopped in for breakfast with a friend yesterday morning -- had the classic Desayuno Tipico. "¿Cuál es el desayuno en Guatemala? El desayuno típico chapín es un platillo preparado con huevos y un delicioso sabor guatemalteco, acompañado de los frijoles, crema y plátanos fritos. El desayuno típico chapín es parte de los deliciosos platillos de Guatemala. Posee variados ingredientes dependiendo del lugar donde se prepare." The over medium eggs were perfectly cooked, and the black beans were rich and creamy. LOVED my crema fresca. Warm, friendly service

We came on a Thursday during Aperitivo hour 3-5 and got seated at the bar immediately. It was the perfect amount of people in there. Not too loud. They have some good happy hour specials. I was just excited they had vermút. We had some wine and the Spanish snack board. Overall great experience.

Oooo, yum. I found this place on Uber Eats and I was so happy I gave it a try!…read more This place has Honduran food, which we never had but were happy to try. Got three things - their pastelitos maiz, which are like corn based empanadas filled with rice and beef. We LOVED it - so good with the little slaw and pickled onions they served it with. And great portions too! Also got parrillada la fonda - which was their meat sampler served with some slaw, beans, and fried green plantains. Pros - literally everyrhing. Meats were seasoned and grilled great, and we loved the sauce that it was served with. Seemed like some kind of hot sauce + sour cream? Whatever it was, it was DELICIOUS. We looooved it. I also got one order of the catrachas to try - the menu doesn't say what it was so we were totally gambling on what it was, but it's a fried corn tortilla, topped with beans, pickled onions, and some cheese. Tortilla was a little soggy by the time it got to us but I bet it'd be delicious in store. All in all, loved the food. We'll go back in person one day so we can see the ambience and comment a little on the service, but for now - the food will keep us coming back for sure!

They just threw it together in one box squeezed all together but no doubt the sauce that was on the chicken was sweet and sour and just perfectly delicious for the chicken. The chicken was crunchy somewhat but soggy towards the bottom due to the sauce being all in. I also got some of the corn Karipap looking pie which had rice and beef on the inside. That dough was a little too salty but the beef on the inside was just sooo good.
