Noticed this iconic creperie stand while walking along the main street in Montmatre (Paris). The crepes here are probably the best on the street, even though it looks like an unassuming street stand and it's a one-person operation. We got a savory one with cheese and they do a wonderful job crisping part of the cheese for extra flavor and texture at the top of the crepe. Definitely sets this place apart from most other places. There was a decent line, maybe 4-5 people, which moved quickly and also indicated that this place is for the real. read more

True Parisian "street food" is difficult to come by and the ones that are cited as such (e.g. jambon beurre and croissants) do still operate out of a shop. As such, this cash-only business with a simple and small window facing street side is probably one of the few true street food options to be had. The man operating the shop was very friendly and did inquire after my desired toppings -- with or without salt and pepper -- for my savory, buckwheat crepe/ galette, Fromage Jambon (€5.50). I've not had a galette until this moment... and it was exactly what I needed. A quick and affordable salty snack with a soft buckwheat crepe wrapping. As mentioned, it is cash-only but an ATM is nearby. No seating, but the worker motioned to the seats nearby as fair game since that café was closed. Small location, just a stall front really. Crepe I had was a cookie cream. So hot fresh and delicious. Eating this in the little park across the street, Parisian magic. Service was quick and it was so nice. read more

Ok guys. It's time to practice my french. Please don't get offended by my lack of grammar skill. La Crêperie est une petite Crêperie en Rue Lepic. Les crepes sont delicieuses. Quand je vais returner en Paris, je vais visiter La Crêperie encore. La crepe avec Nutella est fantastique! Merci, La Creperie. Wow! That was difficult. The Crêperie is fresh, delicious, and close to the apartment we stayed at. It wasn't open most of the time, so I only got to check it out twice. Despite this, I miss it. I miss walking down the street and seeing the line outside of the small window. Yummy crepes!!!! read more

I love this place! The man making my crepe was very kind to notice my broken French and started speaking to me in English. There's an abundance of crepe filling choices from sweet to salty. I usually prefer salty food most of the time, but definitely get the sweet options! I surprisingly preferred it over the salty ones. They're both equally as good of course! read more

Awesome crepes in Montmartre! You definitely have a lot of different options in the area but you should definitely give a shot to this joint. The crepes are quickly down in front of you and are really good! The place is literally between a shop and a restaurant so there's no place to seat down. The prices are cheaper compared to some Crepes place in the US. It is open usually late in the evening so it' always a good alternative if you're starving. read more

This is a tiny stand. Easy to miss! The guy opened a little after 11:00 am the day I went. It's a great area to walk around if you have to wait a bit. I had the ham and cheese and mushroom crepe. It was very good. The cheese was a tad stringy (like poly-o), but the flavors were spot on. Great food to eat and walk. I finished it quickly. read more

Great little hole-in-the-wall crepe place about 10 minutes by foot to Sacré-Cœur. I had been craving a crepe but wanted something quick and easy and this really hit the spot. It's just a single-serve counter sandwiched between two other restaurants, but the guy who makes the crepes is friendly and efficient. Very reasonably priced and quite tasty. He also plays chess (with a friend who stands at the counter continuously) while making the crepes. read more

Fast and tasty crepes for a great price. Our hotel is nearby and we checked it out based off of reviews online. Man behind the counter is both friendly and supportive! How difficult is it to find something rea$onable and quick? In my hood -more than you'd think.. For 3.20 I got a jambon & fromage. Fresh ingredients. Not the cheap quality you'll find in touristy areas i.e. in front of the pompidou. Crepe was delicious, guy who makes 'em is cool and it's all at a fair price. On a nice day you can walk through the pretty cemetery with your crepe or sit on the old bench right out front.. how Parisian. read more

My go to creperie! The tiny little shop sits in a wonderful part of Montmartre. The owner is very nice and the crepes are excellent. We like going here in the evening after dinner and walking around with our crepes in hand. Enjoy! read more

Amazing crepes! Best I had in Paris. The batter for the crepes tastes perfect and also he really adds on a lot of cheese for the "salty" crepes and a lot of Nutella for the "savory" ones so that is a plus! read more

This tiny crêperie in Montmartre is where you will find the best crepes in Paris. The gentleman in his broom closet sized establishment makes each one perfectly. It is as if he actually tasted what he was making and decided the right ingredients and amounts (unlike some other places we happened upon). But it wasn't just what was in the crepes, it was the crepes themselves, he goes as thin as he can and let's them get crispy on the edges. Yum!!!We loved the ham, cheese and mushroom one, as well as the butter and sugar, and the raspberry jelly one. An absolute must. read more
