I had terrible dental health and expected a long, drawn out and frustrating experience. beginning…read morein mid July, I did little research but was told by my sister of the awesome experience she had with Smiles Dental. I reluctantly made an appointment, the Lady on the phone was really nice. Mid August: I did not know how lucky I was to find Dr House. His skill at pain control is absolutely the best, I had all of my teeth pulled, and had less pain both immediately and overall, then any dental experience. I had such anxiety I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do it, but he taught me techniques I am now using in daily life. I was really afraid, but it seemed like he did nothing but narrate it, because I never felt alone, and yet he did the entire precision expert surgery, His staff and he worked like one unit. Late August: My oral care is one of my best things about me, my mouth is so clean and I feel like a new person, like the mythical phoenix who rose from the ashes. I see a new face in the mirror, and her eyes dance as she smiles at herself . I smile at strangers. My smile is beautiful, and so is my life. Thanks, Dr H, for giving me back both. I did not know it was possible, but I am whole again.

Do not come to this place. This is Buisness not a place that takes care of your HEALTH. I am tired…read moreof these dentists acting like health care providers. They are not. When I called to file a complaint mostly to let them know they should reevaluate the way they do things as a place that says they are a place that provides care. Money hungry dentist office that does not mind sending bills to collections even after paying them over a thousands of dollars wanted to send me to collections for the 200 left over. I could not pay with my health savings account anymore because the year ended. They cleaned me out of any and all money I had. I was afraid to go to any other place all year long because of the bills that insurance wouldn't cover. I'm making just enough money. So this is a PSA this "Dentist" office is looking for people who have an immediate 3k in their pockets at all times. When I wanted to only do a few things they encouraged me to do more, now I know it wasn't about my health is was about getting that bill. Upselling at a dentist office is crazy but according to their manager they are a BUISNESS so what do I expect. Go find a real doctor if you need a dentist. It might be a longer wait, it may be overcrowded but at least they give you actual care. They will understand what life is like, when I told the office manager that I paid over 2000 right after she said okay.. and then u didn't pay again until this year I said yeah cause that was everything I had!!! She acted like 2k was nothing like it wasn't going to set me back. They choose the price of their so called services. I rather pay the dental assistants themselves they shouldn't have to work under a dentist honestly if he's going to look at me for 3 seconds and then leave. Again not actually providing care taking on as many people as possible to get as much profit as possible. No one is going to read this or care but I'm doing it anyways in case their is someone like me who is not white and rich , that thought they were going to a place that would help because duh it's a health care provider a dentist, dental care... a basic need really, they will help me! Again I'm not signing up for a spiritual retreat! It's not an extra thing I like to do and spend money on. The system is fucked up and fuck dentists and all health care providers that came into the game for the money. I want to be a provider that helps people and everytime something like this happens it reminds me everyone is against you even the people who are supposed to be offering support. Makes me want to have an even stronger dedication when I do step into being a provider. All to say fuck you guys that's really petty. Threating my credit the main thing that matters in America. After I been working so hard to pay everything else you want to complain about your $200 after I paid you $2000 of that 2200. Crazy!

From the moment I walked in the door until my checking out, everyone was absolutely FABULOUS! Racheal, my hygienist, was so professional, so gentle, and so thorough, (I hope), that each time I could take a breath during my cleaning I felt so relaxed. Dr. Perry, who had only heard from YouTube, was as real and is need a person is anyone could be. I am new to the Washington area and new to having professionals work with me in this manner, all I can say is that if you want good service good work done the prices (honestly, I really don't know about the prices I have insurance that covers a lot of my dental needs) I think it may work with me coming here until I don't need to go to the dentist anymore... Which I don't think that's a real thing is it? P.S. next review I'll remember to get pics with both these amazing, beautiful, skilled people.

Wow! Clearly Roosevelt Dental Center IS THE DENTIST that everyone is looking for (thanks, Hannah…read moreB.). This dental office is the most technologically advanced I've ever seen! The staff (including Dr. Amanda) are friendly, professional and they really know there stuff. The receptionist/front desk woman was very helpful and I could tell she really cared about how the office processes hummed. The entire team gave special attention to my comfort through the new patient exam process and I was very relaxed because of that.

The hygienists also have a gentle hand--mine is Jessica, she does a great job AND she is passionate about what she does! She makes sure my dental health is up to date, that I'm flossing regularly, and that I'm using a toothpaste that fits my needs. The gal that welcomes me to the office always greets me by name while I walk through the door... every time!!! What customer service!! The office is neat and tidy, always clean. It is also warm and welcoming, the fire is a great touch! Parking is easy and lots of available spots. If the above hasn't talked you into coming to this office, maybe knowing the fact that I drive all the way from Bellingham to see Dr. Rentschler will convince you to give them a try!

No hygienist in sight, but the dentist himself (Dr. Keyes) performed a very rough and painful cleaning. I also ended up having several problems with my teeth that they didn't pay any attention to. I am now going to an excellent dental practice in Mount Vernon. It's worth it to me to drive there. I would never recommend Acorn and regret I chose it.

I visited it a total of 3 times only for cleaning. On my first visit of the year I went for a cleaning ( my insurance covers 2 cleaning a year), last week I received a bill from my dentist for $213.00. So I called my insurance and they said that they could not cover that bill because my dentist was not in my network anymore, then she said that they can change that as they please, she asked me if I was notified and I said no, so she said that I needed to call them. I spoke to the lady in the billing department and she was very rude and disrespectful, I told her that I should have been told about it by a phone call, text or email that my visits were not covered anymore, if I knew I would not have got the last teeth cleaning. But instead they didn't tell me and charged me for it. When I told the lady it wasn't fair and I would not pay the bill, she raised her voice and threatened me that she would send me to a collection agency, so I just hanged up the phone.. Having been in customer service my whole life , never would I talk or disrespect anyone this way! This woman should not be dealing with people because her customer service sucks!!

I do NOT recommend using Dr. Janette Carroll as a dentist:…read more The front desk is chaotic and unorganized. They do not return calls. They are never there to greet one when one arrives. The first time I was there, Dr. Carroll told me she was grumpy and stressed out. The receptionist told me she was stressed out as well. I find it unprofessional for a doctor or employee to tell a patient she is grumpy. In every appointment I felt rushed and didn't get my questions answered. I asked for a treatment plan because there are alot of problems in my mouth. Dr. Carroll didn't have time to go over what needed to be done, and said she would call me. She never did. I had 3 teeth with cavities filled. One had to be extracted soon thereafter (by a new dentist). The new dentist told me I had a big cavity in one of the teeth Dr. Carroll said she had filled. Dr. Carroll also blatantly lied about me in her chart notes, stating that I had said something I never said.
