They made useful suggestions for pain control overnight. I was seen promptly that next morning and given options for treatment. Definitive treatment seemed the most appropriate and, although emergency dental work is never comfortable, the professional staff and ancillary staff did their utmost for my comfort. A particular shout out to Dr. Connor, his dental assistant, and also particularly Debbie at the front desk. After the procedure, I was relying on the shuttle from the Marina to come and pick me up to return back to my boat. I was hoping to break a large bill so that I could tip the driver. There wasn't much cash in the office among the staff, but Debbie volunteered up five dollars for me to use and simply said "please pay it forward". The work was performed for a reasonable price, promptly and with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend Laconner dental for not only local LaConner folks, but for anyone passing through the region who might suffer a dental emergency.

The first time I was there, Dr. Carroll told me she was grumpy and stressed out. The receptionist told me she was stressed out as well. I find it unprofessional for a doctor or employee to tell a patient she is grumpy. In every appointment I felt rushed and didn't get my questions answered. I asked for a treatment plan because there are alot of problems in my mouth. Dr. Carroll didn't have time to go over what needed to be done, and said she would call me. She never did. I had 3 teeth with cavities filled. One had to be extracted soon thereafter (by a new dentist). The new dentist told me I had a big cavity in one of the teeth Dr. Carroll said she had filled. Dr. Carroll also blatantly lied about me in her chart notes, stating that I had said something I never said. The 3 times i was there were very unpleasant and I did not feel taken care of regarding my dental issues. I do not trust Dr. Carroll and do not recommend her services.

John didn't push any work and let me make the decisions about my teeth that worked for me. He was very vocal about what he was doing and what I was to expect during the whole process. He did a bunch of work in one visit and fixed the rest on my next. I am so grateful because my past experiences with dentists were terrible. I have overcrowding and he didn't push braces on me or anything. It was nice because I don't want braces, I know my teeth aren't straight and I like them. He's the first dentist to not even suggest them. I love the art on the wall and the Sinatra on the radio. It helped calmed my nerves. I will definitely be returning for cleanings.
