Now six months later that area hurts. This is the second tooth they pulled since opening. Dr Hilde was very obviously not happy when I came back for my next cleaning with an implant from a different dentist office. Do not trust this practice. They pull teeth hoping you will return for expensive implants. I feel foolish for not having done my homework before having this tooth pulled.

The first time I was there, Dr. Carroll told me she was grumpy and stressed out. The receptionist told me she was stressed out as well. I find it unprofessional for a doctor or employee to tell a patient she is grumpy. In every appointment I felt rushed and didn't get my questions answered. I asked for a treatment plan because there are alot of problems in my mouth. Dr. Carroll didn't have time to go over what needed to be done, and said she would call me. She never did. I had 3 teeth with cavities filled. One had to be extracted soon thereafter (by a new dentist). The new dentist told me I had a big cavity in one of the teeth Dr. Carroll said she had filled. Dr. Carroll also blatantly lied about me in her chart notes, stating that I had said something I never said. The 3 times i was there were very unpleasant and I did not feel taken care of regarding my dental issues. I do not trust Dr. Carroll and do not recommend her services.

Dr. Wezeman and staff efficiently conducts and thoroughly explains exam procedures and findings. In between office visits, Dr. Wezeman and staff have proved receptive to ad-hoc special requests when needed. Of particular note, is an advanced digital imaging system, used by the office, resulting in accurate dental assessments to base treatment plans on. The imaging system was used to reveal a distinct split molar missed by an in-town competitor lacking such equipment. I have complete confidence in Dr. Wezeman and his high functioning office.
