Providing a review to specifically emphasize how impressed I was with their teamwork. As a patient, I really appreciate having a pair of people who easily work together, and provide comfort to the experience. Suha naturally is a comforting person, and Dr Shin appears to know his stuff, and quickly execute. Although my case seems particularly hard to reach, they ensured me all was good for the future, and the office will see me in 8 ish months to ensure all is looking good. My dentist provided scan, yet they claim, every time, that is not enough, then they bill you $180 for the scan that they know (in network) insurance won't cover, without proper disclosure. They obviously know this based on prior reviews, yet they keep doing it. I insisted not to be scanned again as I have been scammed before with dental scans...plus radiation and my primary dentist had sent scans. They alway state "this is what we HAVE TO have" so they can get more money. Great Dentist like Dr Ashley should work for better more professional practice! Sadly, this was all officially diagnosed on a Friday which, apparently, is NOT a great day to need a root canal. So, after an intense and agonizing weekend of pain meds and lots of pudding, I was more than happy to show up at Dr. Burry's office that Monday morning for my procedure. Yes, that's right, I was actually looking FORWARD to a root canal! Dr. Burry's staff was so sweet and understanding with me. They could tell I was in immense pain, and were super gentle and compassionate as they evaluated and confirmed the tooth infection, as well as gave me a 3D xray to make sure the tooth wasn't cracked. Thank goodness it wasn't, and the procedure was able to move forward. They were also able to bill my insurance directly, and even let me know in advance how much I would be expected to pay out of pocket. There is nothing fun about a root canal. But Dr. Burry and his team kept checking in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. When it was over, they let me know I'd probably be sore for a few more days (spoiler alert: I was), and sent me on my way to recover at home. I'm so thankful that Dr. Burry was able to get me in so quickly. The only thing that would have made this experience better would have been if he was open on weekends! I hope there isn't another root canal in my future anytime soon, but if there is I will happily return to Skagit Endodontics.

They let me know the cost up front, and you pay your copay before you leave. bring a credit card.
