Super beautiful spot! So vibey. I feel like the prices are a little high and the service was a tad slow for example my friends never got the water cups they asked for. The food was delicious though! The orange juice was way good just pricy at $7 for a glass.

Super cute brunch spot with beautiful floral decoration and cozy seating options inside. Tried this spot out on a Sunday morning for brunch and it was packed! We waited about 45 minutes to get seated so I would definitely keep that in mind if you plan to visit on a weekend. I ordered a pistachio latte & I would highly recommend! Real pistachios and a yummy pistachio cream was around the sides of the cup. Their food is fresh & flavorful and our server was super friendly and attentive to our table.

This might be the only place in the Salt Lake Valley where brunch is actually worth it. The servers are so nice and friendly and are working so hard the whole time we were there. The food is so flavorful and the portions are pretty sizable. The ambiance is pretty similar to Sunday's Best (Brunch Hard) but I honestly think La Condesa pulls it off better. So many pretty colors everywhere, so many decorations that work well together. My wife and I will be coming back here every month as long as we live here haha

As someone from Mexico City, I'm always searching for flavors that feel like home--and the La Condesa Mexican Brunch truly delivers. Finding authentic sweet corn tamales can be surprisingly difficult, but they have them here, and they're exactly as they should be: rich, comforting, and deeply nostalgic. The cafe de olla is just right, carrying that familiar warmth, cinnamon and depth, and the chilaquiles are beautifully done--balanced, vibrant, and full of soul. It's rare to come across a place that honors these traditions so thoughtfully. This one feels special. My brother and nephew recommended this restaurant, they frequent here and now I can see why.

I was wowed from the moment I walked in till I left this place. Service was top tier and the staff was so welcoming :) The food oh my goodness everything we had was delicious! The birria is where it's at :) we tried a little bit of everything and it was all perfectly prepared and the taste was finger licking goood :) I didn't have room for dessert at the moment but I did order a tres leches cake to go and it was everything I ever dreamed of :)

Came on a Sunday morning. I recommend reservations if you don't want to wait or don't want to sit at the bar. I read some reviews before going and consistently most people complained about the temperature of the food and drinks. We sat at the bar because we don't want to wait 45-50 min for a table of two. We Were greeted nicely. Our waitress was very attentive to us. Despite the bar tender being in her way to serve or take our order she did come around and speak with us. We ordered cafe de olla. She did recommend no cream or sugar as it is already sweet. 5/5 loved it, perfect. I can see where people feel like it's not hot. It is like warm. I like my coffee hot. My mom on the other hand thought it was a perfect temperature. So it depends on the person. But I can agree with those who said the coffee was cold. I wanted to taste the Mexican bread and she said it would be cheaper to get the basket the just one. And thinking about it. 12 dollars for basket of bread vs only one. The one bread must be expensive unless they don't sell it by the piece. The bread was good but I couldn't get over the smell. More the concha than the other bread. It smelled like queso cotija. I am not sure if it's next to the bread or near it and the bread just absorbed the Smell. Turn off for me. The orejitas (palmier) bread was really good. I ordered the normal breakfast eggs and bacon. Again. Not hot just slightly warm. The bacon was THIICCCK!!! I Liked the potatos and the eggs. The bread is meh. It wasn't toasted enough for me, no butter on it. I think they need to switch this up to something else. You do have an option of tortillas also. My mom had green chilaquiles. I thought they tasted delicious. Was not spicy. Seasoned well. My mom also enjoyed them. But they get soggy quick! Maybe less and add beans on the side? Ambiance is cute. I liked the decor. The staff again were friendly. I'd like to come back and try other plates on the menu.

We love this spot for breakfast. But weekends are pretty busy. Taco tuesday is fav, they have this giant taco with different kinds of meat and on burnt cheese fresh tort. Bomb.

Great brunch spot. Very boujee, picture worthy atmosphere. There was a 30 minute wait on a Sunday around 1 pm. It was worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain their recommendations. We tried their chicarron bites w/ guacamole. Very fresh and flavorful. They are know for their chilaquiles dishes. My husband tried the Chilaquiles Miss Condesa. That was a big meal and then some. They bring you a small plate of French toast later on in the meal but my hubby was already full by the time they brought it later. I tried their quesa birria tacos. They put a lot of meat in their tacos and very tasty. This place is kind of pricy but I highly recommend if you're taking someone for a special occasion or want to impress someone.

This place is so cute!! The decor is really pretty. I'd recommend making a reservation--we went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy, so it took a bit for our food to come out. I ordered the chilaquiles and they were pretty good! My mom (who's Latina) was really happy with her meal, which says a lot. And the coffee Cafe de Olla, is sooo yummy!

Breakfast burrito

This place is sooooo adorable. They have done such a good job decorating and I really wanted to love it! I got the breakfast burrito and the burrito itself was good. The potatoes were okay and felt like they had been sitting for a while. My friend had the rise and shine breakfast. The ham was good. Her potatoes were also lukewarm. They also didn't have butter for her toast. The Diet Coke brew was amazing and very crisp. They have a lot of really amazing looking chilaquiles, so I kinda feel like maybe we just ordered the wrong things.

This restaurant looked amazing on TikTok! To drink we ordered a Jamaica, Horchata, and the cafe de olla. these were so watered down and lacked flavor. The coffee was cold. For an appetizer we ordered the Chicharron Bites and they were bland, cold, greasy and chewy. It came with guacamole which was just mashed avocado with tiny pieces of tomato, onion and maybe a tiny bit of jalapeño. It also was lacking flavor (salt, lime etc.). The chips ion that plate were also unsalted and greasy. I ordered the enchiladas cremosas. I loved that they added picked onions and a ton of avocado to this dish. Unfortunately, the sauce was drowning the enchiladas and everything was mushy and cold. Over all the flavors of the dishes were very mild and the temperature of the food was warm at best. The esthetics of the restaurant are nice and super cute. Unfortunately the table arrangements are awkward and made us feel like we were sitting on top of one another. We left hungry and drove down the street to the mall and finished our lunch there. We paid over $76.00 and won't be back.

A charming restaurant, featuring a stunning bar area adorned with cascading faux flowers and intricate fixtures that create a delightful ambiance. Highly recommend making reservations in advance. Try the birria quesadillas! The birria is tasty and not greasy like some others. Inclusive for the kids--they had a few options for the kids and we got the happy face pancakes that came with bacon and eggs. The Mexican coffee is a safe choice with a warm, spicy flavor of cinnamon. They also offer a variety of mixed drinks and beers. They are open for brunch hours only.

Came here for lunch with some coworkers. We had a reservation and were seated quickly which was nice but we weren't greeted for over 10 minutes. They were very clearly understaffed. All of the staff were friendly but again very rushed because they need more help. The food was good. I ordered Barria tacos and they had great flavors. The space is super crowded so it does feel cramped. It was a good experience overall but nothing that would make me crave coming back to this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the decor inside, they have spent a great deal for this location. I ordered chips and salsa to start. These were not complimentary but when they arrived the salsa was fresh and unique. I was glad I ordered them. My wife chose the carne asada burrito. She raved about the flavor and could only finish half. I ordered a unique taco which had an authentic name this gringo cannot remember but it was built on a house made corn tortilla about twenty inches long and ten inches wide. Steak, Mexican cream, tomatillo sauce, freshly shredded lettuce and cheese. I've never had anything like it but it is awesome. The service was quick and efficient. Very delightful people. The check had included a 15% Service Charge so I was glad to see the options on the screen to add a tip began at a level that matched up with the service charge at a reasonable level. I only had one complaint, The music was a little loud. The sound system is great and I loved the authentic music but the baseline was pumping loud enough to hurt my ears. I'd recommend adjusting the volume or the mix to make it a little more comfortable. Overall I loved this experience and will definitely want to come again. No pictures, sorry.

I'll say the service is interesting because I enjoy having the real people, but they also have little robots which are interesting. For date night last night, my wife and I patronized Los Cucos here in Sandy, as it had been at least four years since we last ate at this restaurant. We were seated immediately, but it was almost as if we were in a different restaurant from what we remembered from our past visits. Last night it was bright, stark, noisy, and felt like a sports bar with all the many flat-screen TVs on the wall. They even had a huge speaker system hanging from the ceiling, set up, no doubt for large parties? Not what we expected for a well-patronized Mexican (Tex-Mex?) restaurant in Sandy. Rosa was our server and did a nice job taking care of us, but it really went downhill from there. The menu was impressive, I'll give them that...but so were the prices (and not in a good way.) My wife ordered Las Sebas (a mini smothered chimichanga with chile verde and two fried taquitos, served with rice and guacamole), and I went with my fave, Carnitas (chunks of slow-cooked pork loin served with tomatillo sauce, sour cream, fresh sliced avocado, onions, pico de gallo, rice, "borracho" beans, and tortillas.) Sounds de-lish, right? Keep reading. I also has a large Margarita ($12.25 + rocks & salt)...and we both enjoyed the chips and salsa...with a warm red salsa and a cool avocado salsa. Then the robot appeared. Yes, of all places, they use a robot to deliver the food to our table...but it still required a server to pull the plates off the robot and put them in front of us. A robot? Really? Our delivery robot stopped just shy of our table right there in the middle of the aisle, and it sat there...for 3-4 minutes waiting for staff. That was 3-4 minutes of our food cooling off even further, not to mention the time it took in the kitchen to load it and the time it took to crawl halfway across the restaurant to our table. Gimmick. I'll speak to my food as it had a nice presentation, but after digging in, it was lacking in many respects. The carnitas were chunky and moist, but damn those big fat globs that were hidden under the meat. Yuck. Honestly, I get much better carnitas locally from Gual Bertos and La Hacienda here in Draper. And the tortillas? Worthless. They were just dry, flaky, cold, and crumbled as I tried to roll them. I had one bite of one. A total waste. The rest of my plate was OK, especially the "borracho beans". The rest was OK but there wasn't a lot of it...and a fair amount (pico de gallo and the lettuce) was hidden under the two flat pieces of lettuce that the kitchen used to decorate my plate. All in all, it didn't seem worth the $21.00 I paid for my entree. I also took about 1/3 of my meal home in a hinged lid container. The whole experience could have been way better. The ambiance was terrible, the food was OK, service was good (but seemed rushed as Rosa brought us our check halfway through our meal and then immediately asked us if we wanted containers for take-home...what?), and the cost (the two entrees, a Sprite, and a large margarita) was $69.63 out the door with gratuity. Hmmmm. No value there. As I said earlier, it really could have been better. A lot better. And just how did this venue get voted "Best in SLC" for a Mexican Restaurant? 2 Stars, and we're never coming back.

Tiny! Parking is a joke! There is maybe 6-7 parking spaces on the east side. Maybe 2-3 at the back of the building, which is one way. It limits the ability to drive around the back of the building. There are two parking spaces on the west side of the building. I have seen cars get totally stuck, people yelling and getting upset. If you have a large vehicle, I would not even try to drive around the building. I would drive south of the restaurant and park at the whitmore library's parking lot, and walk over. Service is okay. Ordering is cramped, and if there's a line you're standing at the back of the restaurant right next to people sitting eating. It's uncomfortable. During the summer there is seating inside and outside, but during high times you have to wait for a table! During the winter there are 12 tables, most of which are room for 2 people, four tables for 4 people, 5 if you can fit. This restaurant is SO popular, they really need to move to a larger building!
