The biggest issue was the automatic 20% gratuity for a party of 8, even though only 4 adults were actually ordering. Given the slow service and multiple issues with the order, that left a particularly bad taste. We didn't complain to a manager that night because we had four kids with us and just wanted to get home. Hopefully this was simply an off night, because we've generally had much better experiences here and would like to keep coming back but have noticed a decline in service and food quality over last few years. Plenty of similar Mexican cuisines nearby make this passable.

Our margaritas took 15 minutes. We were almost done with our dinner by the time they arrived. The shrimp tacos were really good minus the crazy amount of oil that dripped out while eating them. I held them sideways to try to drain as much out as I could. My husband enjoyed his steak tacos. Over $100 for 4 margaritas and 2 taco meals. Which is the standard nowadays. I will say the only reason we will not be returning is because of the service and the fact that they didn't seem to care that the service was so poor. Otherwise this would be a new favorite place of ours.

What I got looked more like concession stand nachos made with processed cheese and off-brand Tostitos than the dish that was advertised. See photo. The only bright spot was the steak. It was well-seasoned, tender, and cooked properly. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to save the meal. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and it will also be my last. I almost never write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt other customers should know what I actually received compared with what was advertised.
