A week ago I came here at 7:40PM on Friday (they open at 7:30PM) and I ordered a potato el bandido with shrimp - it took 25 minutes! Now, it was absolutely delicious, but it was wild to me how long it took for a single item. Besides that, I don't think anyone's ever a fan of places that have their prices hidden. I've been going to this spot for over a year and they've always had their prices covered. I know I can ask the cashier when I get there, but there are typically lines and I feel bad taking up more time asking for the price of multiple options.
