I literally told him twice that that is not the Ponzo sauce that comes on the Aji tuna nachos. I really think they should hire somebody to come in like somebody's abuelita to just walk through the recipes and fine-tune it to spank a few of the chefs by the hand make sure they add more salt.. to throw a chancala at a few people and then we will have all the makings of an amazing Mexican restaurant. When I asked my server L did he have any Valentina sauce did he have any thing to make it taste the fish tacos taste delicious he was completely lost like no no ma'am this is all we have finally he end up bringing me some Tapatia and a side of sour cream which he charged me for so I could try to mix it together to come up with some sort of spicy creamer to go with my tacos.
