Once we were helped, the experience felt rushed. After selecting the package we wanted, we were escorted to a room where around other 7 little girls were having their own experience. My daughter got overwhelmed and refused to get her hair done and started crying. As I was trying to comfort her, the employee helping us told my wife "sorry, we cannot have her crying in here" (a little empathy goes a long way). Obviously, we didn't want her crying either and had we known this would happen, we would've never had booked it. When we asked for a refund, we were told it was not refundable. The employee grabbed a bag and packed all the things in the package we picked and had us leave. Nowhere on the website or receipt does it state you'll be kicked out and not be refunded for a service that was not delivered. Her birthday was turned sour.

She even wanted to be called Princess Layla. Book a morning reservation because your daughter will want to wear the dress the entire day. We booked her reservation at 9:15 am and she wore it all day until we left the park 12 hours later. She didn't want to take it off.
