This experience was such a night and day difference. I had an appointment for 12pm on Sunday and Ana was assisting me. I love how the store is set up - it looks like there is space for 3 separate bridal parties and it's set up in such a way that you can have privacy with your group. I brought my best friend and my sister to my appointment. From the beginning Ana made me feel welcome. I gave her some general ideas and she was really able to nail down what I liked. She was so incredibly patient and I didn't feel rushed at all. She must have brought me over 10 dresses to try on! I ended up finding a beautiful off the rack dress that I AM SO EXCITED TO WEAR that was well within my budget price point. I'm planning on getting the alterations done with Ferndales as the date gets closer to swap the zipper to a corset back and to add side sleeves. I cannot recommend Ferndales enough. We took the dress to Jalisco Bridal. They were great! So helpful. They were worried about redesigning the dress with sleeves as it was not easy. When we sat down for the consult before trying on she made a comment saying they weren't pretty and we can do better. She also said that my inspo pictures were all over the place, of course they were I was still looking for what I wanted. I also felt like she did not even look at the survey because I had to show her the pictures on my phone and pretty much answer all the questions in person. I did not feel like I was being heard when I was trying on dresses. I ended ups finding my dress but was not 100% sure about it, kind of felt pressured. My second time there to pick up the dress was much better. They were kind, caring, helpful in answering questions. They took an actual interest in me and my wedding.
