Lunch specials- mini bandeja paisas with a side of avocado. Under $9 /meal includes a drink!

Ummm YUMMM :) This is my late night go to place for yummy food. Can be healthy and order sizzling grilled steak and salad or a total piggy and order arepa rellena or bandeja paisa. My gf got me hooked on this place while attending Kean U nearby. Countless meals at this little gem. Waitresses are all friendly. Service is quick. Just great little place.

I've Been getting food from this restaurant for a minute now and I must say it's always good and fresh. Decent prices too.

Had Brandeja paisa lunch special which included a drink and consisted of rice, beans, bread, steak, plantains and chicharon. The steak was a bit dry but everything else was ok. My meal was missing the avocado. Food was ok but the portions were no huge, take home kind of portions. The waitress was nice and attentive and the atmosphere was casual dinning. It seemed to draw a lot of people to relax and enjoy their meal, people laughing having a good time. The decor was red and gold but it didn't look tacky some how, they made it work. Was it the best Colombian restaurant I've been to, no. But they offered traditional dishes at affordable prices. All in all I would come here again.

So I was very apprehensive to go to this location, especially because of some of the reviews that…read morespoke about ICE and I in no way wanted to deal with any shenanigans on our trip to New Jersey, but I took the risk anyway. They would have to take the whole restaurant because that's all there was there was Latinos maybe a small handful of Caucasians. This place was pretty packed on Friday with a DJ and karaoke but it's big enough that we didn't have to wait when we got there. When I say this food was amazing, I will have to say that it is the juiciest meat all across the board, the ribs, the beef, the pork, you name it and big portions of food. We all had an amazing time and left with leftovers that I was able to cook the next day and it tasted still as juicy and tender. I'm definitely looking forward to going back to New Jersey and going back to have some food!!!! Go Colombia

Very hard to find parking so I recommend doing valet -- there's no set price so just tip what you…read morefeel is appropriate. First walked into this huge, upbeat, bright, airy space. The place is massive, so I can't imagine there's usually much of a wait to be seated. Huge screen was playing soccer games and this place is definitely going to be packed during the World Cup. We ordered a couple of drinks and honestly they felt more watered down than anything else -- not really worth the price. The appetizers were good, but the service was lacking. We couldn't find anyone to bring us plates and it took so long that our entrees arrived before we even started the apps. The entrees themselves were good though -- generous portions and solid flavor. When the check came, I was disappointed to see a mandatory 20% gratuity included, especially since the service definitely didn't feel worth 20%, and we were only a party of four. Overall, it's pretty pricey as well. I might come back for the ambience and the food, but I won't exactly be running back.

So they always have amazing soups. Lots of creams (cream of sancocho, cream of broccoli, cream of…read morecarrot) delicious! I pair it with cheese bread and have them heat it up for me. They have a steak that has a strip of fat on it I like to pair it with papas criollas which are little baked yellow potatoes. My man is not a fan of the steak however and I'm not a fan of the potato salad. The steak comes out on a skillet so if you like your meat medium, ask for it med rare because it will continue to cook on the hot skillet. They always have daily specials which are decent for about $8 you get a soup, meat, a salad (potato, green, or beet) and a side (rice, plantains, tostones, etc.) beans are not included however which I think should be. If you dine in go to the bar side it's a lot nicer and a better atmosphere.

Yes, I was on Jury duty, the first time I had empanadas here. I regretted not ordering more than…read moretwo at that time. Second time around, the lady asked if we could wait en ocho minutos for fresh ones. Of course! These fried empanadas boast a crispy masarepa with a nice bite, while the beef and potato filling was delicious and generous enough. Drop some salsa verde to get a boost of flavor, but I also like it spicy, so I added the red sauce at the same time. These sauces may be the reason I went back. While waiting, I was eyeing their doughnut called Churros Agruipe. Now I am regretting not trying it; it's killing me. So I must go back again.
