If youre looking for a sandwich that will surely please your tastebuds, this place is the spot! Ive…read moretried a few of these sandwich shops around the area and I' Girone de' Ghiotti stands out on top. From the perfectly baked bread that is warm, a crunchy outer and isnt dense, to the fantastic combination of ingredients, I was enjoying every bit (and/or bite) of my sandwich.
I ordered the La Rossa and wow my tastebuds were dancing. The prosciutto, truffle cream, brie and arugula made for such a delicious sandwich. Ugh, I cant wait to try more.
I ended up finding a seat at the narrow and small bar area along the cramped space where you order/pay for your order. There is more seating upstairs but I didnt get to see it. I didnt mind that small area to eat since eating a sandwich isnt very space-consuming.
