I'm used to rotisserie chickens cut into four, equal sized pieces but this was cut up into six pieces of varying sizes. Sadly, the chicken was rather dry but the green sauce that came with it was super tasty and spicy so dipping it into the sauce helped a lot. The Maduros were...not great. They had a bit of an oily taste to them that I've never tasted in Maduros before. It wasn't very pleasant. Based on other reviews here this place seems to have its fans and that's cool. This is a mom and pop business and I believe in supporting local businesses. I'm glad I tried this place, but I likely won't be gong back.

My favorite of the three was the choros a la chalaca, which was mussels served cold topped with red onion, tomatos, and other seasonings. The pescado a la macho was a bit salty for me, and I've had better jalea at other restaurants in the area. Portions were pretty large, but prices weren't very low either. Not a bad spot for some Peruvian seafood.
