The star of the meal... oven roasted garlic! Spread this on your aged beef and savor each bite!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a spot for lunch and decided to come here because we love, love, love a good steakhouse. Upon entering, it was pretty empty so we were seated right away. We ordered two waters (be careful and specify if you'd like mineral/bottled or regular water) and decided to share the 15 days wet aged grass fed rib beef (medium rare) and the chorizo carbonara linguini. Our server asked if we'd like to have the dishes come out together or come out as they are prepared, and we asked for the dishes to come out together. Unfortunately they did not come out together and we received the pasta way after the beef. By the time the linguini came out, we were way too full we had to ask them to box the linguini for takeaway. Anyways, the aged beef was tender and flavorful, although a bit over cooked (more like medium instead of medium rare). What I enjoyed about the dish were the sides! There was everything from mashed potatoes, corn salsa, oven roasted garlic (omg the best part of the dish!!!), caramelized onions to pickled capers. It was delicious when you combine the sides and eat it with the steak. If you are in the area and would like a treat (it wasn't exactly cheap), stop by for the beef. I would pass on the pasta because it wasn't memorable. For reference, the beef was about 3490 pesos and the linguini was 650 pesos. Not a cheap lunch but I don't regret going.

A nice discovery of a Argentine SteakHouse in the Philippines... which is a rare find. Had no idea this was so close the Makati Shangri-La. Place is quaint and food overall is very very good. Service is solid. A few items missing and or options for signature items like a Parillada (Latin BBQ) where you basically get a sampling of various cuts of meat and sausage as well as sweetbread etc. This place is a must stop and good for clients or social gathering... Really nice spot.

Very good restaurant for steaks of argentine style, and vines they provide are from there. It also good is good combination with beef. Inside environment you can feel of argentine. Good for business, family, and friend use. Negative point is only to their limited variation of vines, argentine. Happy hours 17:00 - 18:30, your ordering in this hours 20% discount will be applied.

Had the day to wait for a car to the airport on my 3rd day staying at the Shangri La Edsa. Stumbled across this steakhouse while reading the hotel literature and thought I would give it a try. Steakhouse in the Philippines??? How good could it be??? Man......blown away. Has to be one of the best steak meals I have ever had and on the second floor of a hotel in Manila. Actual goosebumps at the first bite of the ribeye. Absolutely perfect and each side dish and salad side dish and steak side dish tasted like whoever made it wanted people to say 'WOW'. Well.....WOW!! Had to have desert and a cup of their coffee and the dulce de leche with crisped meringue was another goose bump moment. Pricey! But by US standards of fine steakhouses very comparable pricing. Bravo to the team there and I'm now laying down for a nap! Happy

Well, for ever steak you order (we like the Chorizo 500g), you get a set of little cups of cold and hot side dishes.

The layout and offerings pretty much mirror what's offered in the US. The only unavailable item is the Cactus blossom (fried onion bloom). Instead, they offer onion frizzles as a substitute. A few things to mention. You will experience sticker shock due to the fact that: #1.) Steak is hard to come by in the Philippines (could be a cultural thing) and #2.) Expect the meat cuts to be rather thin. #3.) Drinks are not as boozy. My husband ordered a Raspberry Margarita and although it had great flavor, the booze was lacking. Flavor is definitely present but for the price Americans pay for steak versus the Philippines, there is a high premium.

Also got the steak and was served without any A1 sauce. Server was way too concerned about cleaning the table when we were done- we paid our bill and were still seated and the guy already started clearing the table, grabbing our plates as it passed by our faces. As a side note, while eating our dinner, they seated a party of 6 in a booth that can only seat 4 and I saw the group looked annoyed that they're elbow to elbow in their seat that they themselves asked the server to move them to a bigger table. Poor customer service and to top it off, the food was meh.

It was a very nice place, as you might imagine, a restaurant and bar on the 30th floor of a luxury hotel in BGC. It had a sort of American whiskey cowboy theme, though with the golden grandeur of the Shangri-La. The bar was pretty quiet at 10:00 on a Saturday night. Other than our table, the only guests I noticed were a very old white man and his very young Asian escort, who I do hope was being paid handsomely for her time. Service was polite and attentive, and we enjoyed a relaxing round to mark the end of our trip. My friend Nick L. was kind enough to buy. We got snack buckets of spiced popcorn when we sat down, then ordered ourselves some cocktails from the book-sized leather-bound menu. I had the Last Runner, a complicated milk punch with black and white rum, jasmine green tea, pineapple juice, passionfruit, milk, and calamansi juice. It was quite boozy and delicious, garnished with a charred slice of pineapple. I also admired my friend Bong C.'s Cowboy Old Fashioned, with Raging Bull bourbon, sherry wine, and vanilla. It came in a giant glass bottle filled with smoke, and he poured it himself into the accompanying old fashioned glass. We hung out for an hour then went to sleep, and I left for the airport the next morning. I had a great time in Manila thanks to my travel mates, and I was glad for this one last drink at Raging Bull.
