Best espresso martinis in all of Manila!!!

Best Espresso Martinis in all of Manila!!! Steaks, ceasar salads and sides are really good as well. Tried this place thanks to a friend and she steered me correctly. Delicious, delicious, delicious and I'll be back!

We were told on arrival a month ago in the Philippines, do not order steaks in the Philippines. There are three occasions that we regrettably did. Having checked into the Hyatt, the city of dreams, we were homesick for a darn good steak we wanted our last meal in the Philippines to be a special one. We were assured that the steaks here are USDA prime. And they sure were! We were in heaven, and took our time, savoring every bite down to the bone! Our special night started off with French oysters, accompanied by a refreshing glass of Prosecco. It was followed by a hearty French onion soup, and a great Caesar salad. Our Tomahawk and Rib Eyesteaks arrived sizzling! Our servers , carved at the table and served us! The steaks were accompanied by a lobster mac & cheese, and a full bodied Argentinian Malbec. Our dinner was excellently paced. We were able to enjoy each course in full before our next course was served. For dessert, we enjoyed a complementary slice of one of the best tiramisu that I've had in a long time. Considering that we only had a few glasses of Prosecco, a glass of Malbec, and we shared starters and entrées - between four of us - dinner was on the high-end, but worth every peso!

Worth the money. It was my first visit to the Philippines and I'm a steak guy. I was told this country isn't big on steaks, I did find it kinda true and had a hard time finding the kinda cuts I liked on my island visits but this place on the mainland was incredible even for back home Beverly Hills standards. They even cut the meat up for you! Wolfgang doesn't have as much of a big presence back home but if you can afford a visit even for just the specialist occasion, come! Also a killer cesar salad.

    This is our meal.

Loved this place. Food was awesome. All did not come out at the same time. Had to wait on some of our sides. Not for that,I'd given a full 5 starts. The aged steak was perfect! I'm a very picky steak person. So this is a huge compliment!

Food is great which complements the warm ambiance. The staff are all pleasant and attentive. Order the Oyster Rockefeller as a preamble to the meal.

Charges for all of the food. Buyer beware

Food was decent but the cost was absolutely atrocious. $482 USD or 26683 Philippine pesos. We had steak and lobster for 2 but they charged us for a lot of things you would normally not get charged extra for. Even got charged for the water. Like $10. My sautéed mushrooms cost $15. So $25 just for water and some mushrooms. Lol. But of course that's not all we did. We ordered lobster and porterhouse steak. Thought I'd pay maybe $200 for it like I would in America but it was almost 2.5 that in the Philippines! Insane. As long as you know what you are stepping into I guess. When they served the steak and lobster they made a big presentation. Like 5 servers came up to assist. Lol. I knew I was in trouble when that happened but this was still above and beyond what I could have imagined. Take a look at our bill that's attached. Good service and food, just know you aren't getting out with a reasonable bill unless you really watch what you order. The kicker to it all was when I went to their restroom and they didn't have toilet paper. You figure I pay almost $500 USD, they're going to at least have toilet paper.

I came here to meet up a friend in Manila. WGS is known as an Upscale chophouse chain serving dry-aged steaks, seafood & wine in an elegant setting. This restaurant is beautiful located in Newport City, World Resorts Casino in Manila. So, I was starving. I was served with complimentary bread and butter. I ordered a crab cake appetizer which came out beautifully presented with mixed greens. Crab cake was perfectly cooked but It lacks a flavor and maybe too fishy taste for me. I was kind of disappointed. Crab cakes can be so boring. and maybe they should use watercress for the salad. My other friend ordered the Parmesan Caesar Salad. It was decent and healthy choice. Overall, the service was impeccable, great ambience but food was just average and dinner room was too dark? Oh well, next time I will be ordering the porterhouse steak!

    Excellent alcohol selection!

I found Wolfgang's Steak in the Resorts World Mall during a business trip and was blown away! First off, the environment resembles a New York style steakhouse with plush furnishings and wood all the way around. The facility is clean and well maintained. The bar. Amazing! The have wizards for bartenders. They made recommendations that complimented your taste buds and brain cells! The offer smoked cocktails and fresh fruit drinks made with local produce. The bartenders are friendly and make great conversation and destination recommendations. The table was was set with polished utensils and clean wine glasses. I love a place that takes pride in attention to details. The menu is a bit pricey but after my meal, it was fully justified. They offer a wide range of dry age steaks and seafood selections. The food. I ordered the dry age steak with a veggie medley. The steak came out hot and steamy! The cut into the meat was like butter! Medium rare, seasoned perfectly, and juicy. I savored every bit and left nothing behind. I didn't have room for dessert. It was a dining experience I will not forget! The service. The waiters were on top of everything and did not miss a single drink top off. The made periodic stops to clear and clean the table top and replaced utensils as needed. They were gracious and friendly throughout my dining experience. I recommend visiting this Wolfgang's if your not concerned about price and want a great dining experience. The food. The steaks are cooked to perfection! The waiters

If we're talking about quality, service and ambiance, Wolfgang sets the bar pretty high! One of the most known fine dining places in Manila! More known for their premium quality steaks, they also offer other plates like seafood, salads and pastas. I can't really say anything negative except the food is that good on your first bite, it might seem like too much to finish everything. Of course, a dining experience like this only means it's going to cost you a lot of money, so better make sure you have a lot of cash stacked up in your wallet if you want to try dining here! I had a taste of their salmon, Beverly Hills salad and more! It's pretty far from the heart of Manila since it's in Resorts World (meaning it's near the airport), so you also have to consider the traffic in Manila if you're planning to book reservations and etc or how convenient it would be to travel here for a meal considering your location.

I wish there were half stars because this is a 4.5 star review. My family and I went for Mother's Day because we had heard only good things about the place. We ordered: porterhouse for 3, Caesar salad, 1 strip of Canadian bacon, oysters, steak rice, mashed potatoes, calamansi sorbet and the NY cheesecake. Let me just say that the steak lived up to its hype. It was so soft and tasty and BIG. The mashed potatoes were so creamy (although I had to add salt in mine). My brother enjoyed the steak rice. For dessert, the sorbet was so refreshing and the cheesecake was the perfect size not to be overwhelming. It's really pricey but for a steak lover, it's a must visit!

If you want to experience the ultimate taste, quality and service, then this is the steakhouse to visit! The new GM welcomes you to a warm and friendly atmosphere of experiencing the culinary delight of "steak experience"! The whole staff, including the chef are there to serve you the best steak in town! They have added a new item on the menu, "Japanese steak sandwich". My daughter and I decided to order this as a starter. But, it turned out to be our whole meal! The steak is imported Kobe beaf, cooked to medium rare and made in to a simple sandwich with a Japanese sauce on the side. Every bite along with a swig of San Mig light beer was a mouthwatering experience! Check it out, you won't be disappointed!

My sister's medium boneless ribeye came out more rare than my medium rare and she finally had to settle for ribs! Which were actually edible. Biggest problem was the cutlery! The serrated steak knives were so dull and bent, you couldn't even cut a tender steak if you got one. If you can't even give your customers a decent knife, don't complain when they send back a steak. I give the manager credit for apologizing and doing what she could but Expats beware. If you're craving a good steak, save your $ and go to Wolfgang's. I understand that things are different here in the PI. I'm amazed that there is so much variety among restaurants. But it is not the fault of the locals when the restaurant company gives them cheap tools and products just to cut costs! Bad cooking is something else, though. A horrible experience at a Mesa restaurant actually made my wife go back in the kitchen and show the chef in training how to make adobo! Overall, I love the PI and the local cuisine. I think I'll stick to the chain restaurants that I know for certain are consistent.
