Thin crust veggie - pretty good, BUT the mushrooms are definitely canned... this is a no-no for me so that's why I took a star off. All the veggies should be fresh... The building is a eyesore and completely run down. It makes Canyon look bad as the building is on the main strip. Service is inconsistent sometimes it is great other times it lacks. The food quality also differs. It has been great and other times toppings are missing or skimpy. Tonight I tried to place an order and Caylee or Kylie was not helpful and would not accommodate. She claimed she was the manager and told me she didn't care. This explains why the quality and service is inconsistent. Order at your own risk. read more

Pizza was GREAT! Chewy crust (pan), lots of toppings and fresh. It was cut weird: it wasn't cut through the edge crust, just the bottom. It was difficult to eat. The side salad was also really good and fresh. The lettuce pieces were extremely large. Too large for my preference but, to each their own. The homemade ranch was very thick but very tasty. I ordered delivery and it arrived before the quoted time and was hot. So, why four stars? Fried pickles were a dud. I thought they had my ordered wrong as I received strips of fried...something. I've had this pizza twice and all I can say is that there is no consistency. The first one I got was great and the delivery was easy and fast. But the second one I got was horrible I couldn't even eat it. It was paper thin and greasy and it took over 2 and a half hours to get to me, and when it did finally arrive it was ice cold. Also the delivery driver was different from the first and this one could not take my simple instructions on where to go. Keep in mind I ordered the same thing both times. My husband and I were visiting Canyon to hike in Palo Duro Canyon. We wanted something quick and easy to take back to our cabin and enjoy. La Bella was perfect!! We ordered online and had the chicken alfredo pizza on their signature crust. I also ordered a small salad with their homemade ranch. The pizza was delicious with the creamy alfredo and crispy bacon. The salad was fresh and crisp. The staff was friendly and had our pizza ready as soon as we walked in the door! If we find ourselves back in Canyon we will for sure be back! read more

Last night we tried to order a pizza, wings, and pasta. Pasta and wings came as ordered but the pizza we got was cold and half eaten, and not the toppings we ordered. Pretty sure they got the boxes mixed up at the restaurant and gave us an already eaten pizza, which is appalling that they would even let it happen. Will not be ordering from this place again. $40 for a half eaten pizza and shitty wings and pasta is not okay and I question their food safety practices having fresh and eaten pizzas in the same area. Okay, so I moved here two years ago. So excited when I heard there was a 24 inch pizza. However my dad had a gluten allergy. So I always order him a small 15 inch, gluten free crust, supreme pizza with no bell peppers. However, our last order there was bell peppers, even though I asked "no bell peppers" my mom's Mexican pizza was burnt. No sauce and literally no toppings other that olives (obviously from a can) and shredded cheese that wasn't cooked on top of it. Maybe some onions, but little to no toppings. Totally disappointed. La Bella's has been so good but until recently it's been wrong orders, brunt pizza, and missing items from our orders. Not to mention it took over and hour and a half to get our order. I would order La Bella to be delivered to my dorm room at WT. they were very quick and have great deals to choose from this is the first pizza I can finish on my own. So good for what it is. This is the small town, locally owned answer to chain pizza places, and it is so good. They aren't an artisan pizza place, to be sure. If you're wanting a basic pizza to munch while you watch movies and gab, it's the perfect place. We first heard about LaBella from church. We attend More and the location in AMARILLO were awesome. We served a fundraiser to send missionaries funds to fight human trafficking. We were dog tired but were happy to see some big pizzas from LaBella. They really gave us a great deal and honestly hooked us up with an amazing deal. I have also talked to the guys here if we had an event similar and they were more than willing to talk. Great hearts!!! Service is always prompt. You get 5 stars for the service alone. The jalapeño poppers are still amazing as well. The Hawaiian pizza is a must. We also really like their Canadian bacon.
