The teacher we had was great! If you can't commit to a scheduled time, you can do a drop in. You just need to call the morning of the class before 10:30 to see if there is room for a drop in session.

As a first-time parent enrolling a child in swimming lessons, I expected clear guidance and basic support. Unfortunately, very little was explained on my child's first day, and when I sought clarification, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. One staff member, Eileen, came across as sarcastic when answering questions and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her simply by seeking information that should have been provided from the outset. Another incident was with a younger staff member at the front desk that appeared disengaged and does not care about what's going on around her, often ignoring customers who were trying to get assistance. On more than one occasion, she rolled her eyes when people attempted to get her attention, which I found highly unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. The contrast between the welcoming attitude shown during enrollment and the treatment received afterward was striking. Based on my experience, the staff's lack of communication, attentiveness, and professionalism significantly detracted from what should have been a positive experience.

We've taken ballroom and…read moreLatin dance lessons from several teachers before and have never advanced as quickly as we have with her. She makes learning dance both productive and fun. Justina is extremely knowledgeable and has the amazing ability to observe students and quickly recognize what we need to do to improve. She is always patient, complimentary and encouraging. Justina's enthusiasm is contagious so when she explains and shows us how to improve our dancing we're inspired to reach beyond our comfort zones to learn new skills. We always learn a lot from Justina and have a great time doing it! Sadly for us and fortunately for you, Justina has moved back home. Our loss truly IS your gain. I went from wearing a tee shirt and shorts to being confident in my ever expanding wardrobe of pole clothes. The instructors are rays of sunshine and absolute boss a** ladies! The community I have found here is something else, absolutely everyone is welcome. The vibe is that of the women's restroom of a bar or club, everyone is fast friends asking where you got your shoes and helping each other with pole moves, minus the occasional crying.
