I went with an original chimney cake and it was made fresh. I selected a drizzle of their store made dulce de leche and after a brief wait, it was ready. I really enjoyed the chimney cake, crispy exterior and a tender interior. Just sweet enough. It feels very interactive, like it's almost elevated from, "You're here to get food" to "you're here for an experience." I brought my sister here once when she was in town and she told me it was the best ice cream she'd ever had. It is extremely good. The service is done with heart and I've never ordered here and not had my ice cream come in a freshly baked cone. There's always a conversation a good snack.
