Believe my experience as I had a chance to compare - these guys have the best prices and deals possible. Moreover their experience is so vast they can work on different options with you and help you make the right choice that is definitely going to benefit your budget and preferences. I almost lost my hope to find the car with the features I wanted for a reasonable price. But thanks to Edward and his amazing brokerage experience I ended up even with a better option. They were also nice enough to keep my previous car at their parking lot over the weekend before I came back on Monday to turn it in to a dealership. On top of that they put their best effort and kindly attached a number plate to my front bumper using their own instruments saving me a trip to a dealership where it should have been done from the get go. I've had above and beyond amazing experience with these guys. Needless to say I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know and definitely will be back for my next purchase.

    I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've heard that leaving negative review apparently do…read moresomething idk. Luckily I only go to this location to deposit cash or checks. The one time I go, I was interested in signing up for Chase Preferred card. I was open to signing up online but I wanted to see if this location offered a sign on bonus. A fairly simple question to ask. I go to the teller to ask my question and he nicely informs me he would get a bank associate. I end up waiting 20 minutes and no one comes to help me. I go back to ask my question again, he had no answer and tried googling it. To save time, I asked for a phone number of the branch and I'm provided with the chase customer service line so I ask the next teller if he knows of the sign in deal. He also just googles it and says no. I am fully capable of using google. I was hoping for an educated answer from someone with experience support people sign up for these cards. My expectation of being supported with this question was not met and it seemed no one cared. Of course I can google it and I did but I wanted to ask if the branch had a special promo but I did not receive a confident or educated answer. But thanks google for helping us out. On the other hand I understand I didn't have an appointment but no one was in the bank and it was a simple yes or no question that they could've answered. Moral of the story, is the customer service here is not up to par and before writing this, I seen other negative reviews unfortunately which validated my poor experience.

And told me she would call me tomorrow, and by then it probably should clear tonight. If not she would follow up and call Wells Fargo bank herself which I thought was extremely kind and professional. Her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly stood out, and I'm grateful for her efforts. Chase is fortunate to have someone like Rebecca on their team, and I hope her excellent service does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Rebecca, for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one!

    Awful experience…read more The big goofy manager is really laughable. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under this guy. Everything he touches he complicates. Just a programmed tool. Been going to this branch for 10 years. Never had a problem until ichabod crane stepped up as a teller to "help" me. 10 years of the same procedure. I deposit than transfer.... Never had an issue. He made this sooo excruciating and time consuming and miserable. Complete different protocol than I've been doing for 10 years. He blamed the staff for not being properly trained yet he's their manager... isn't that his job? He also stated that he doesn't use a pen.. like it was beneath him to write down an account number that i have already written down and handed him. Maybe he was afraid to touch cash?? Maybe he shouldn't be working at a bank I will never go there again as long as he's the manager

Decided to open a business checking account and work with Chase. Also opened an Ink credit card. At one day they closed my all credit cards without notice. Asked my dedicated banker, manager other stuff, calling them... nobody told me the reason. I said, wait a sec. if You have any doubts You can reach your client and clarify. Moreover, not an alert on their system. That's the way how they treat their vip or private clients. No reason, no explanation, just we don't have access to the info or a reason why it happened. They told me You could reapply to a new credit card))) They left me speechless. Go ahead and google it, "Chase closing credit cards" . You will see a lot of interesting stories.
