I went in to apply for an auto loan, and the guy helping me (Tony) seemed like he couldn't wait to…read morego home. I was approved for the loan with little explanation or info on what to do next. I went home only to realize that the terms and conditions for the loan had a gray area condition that might not even work for my situation (something that could've been made clear upon receiving approval). Not that big of a deal.. I then attempted to call not only the loan officer himself, but the branch, as well as the company's main office line to no avail. I go back later the same day to see the same loan officer walking around freely, chatting happily with co workers (even though I was told over the phone that they were all unavailable or with customers). We speak again and I get a vague answer from Tony about the discrepancy, but this time I'm told they have to "wait for approval from the back office". This was all on a Friday, so I was aware that there would be a longer than usual delay over the weekend to get that answer. Come Monday, I receive nothing (by 1PM). I try and call all 3 lines again, nothing. I decide to go back in for a 3rd time and this time I spoke with a different loan officer (after requesting to speak with a manager and waiting 30 minutes), and he basically told me the same thing, that they were "working on it". I was told I would for sure get the answer I needed by the end of day, "maybe even sooner". That was at 2PM. Next thing you know it's 5PM (they're closed) and I've still received 0 updates or answers to my simple question regarding the loan. Now it's Tuesday (12PM) and I call again, just to be told by a main office worker that he "couldn't get ahold of anyone, but someone from the branch would give me a call by end of day". Based on my experience so far, I HIGHLY doubt that's gonna happen, and I'm tired of going in and waiting 30+ minutes for the same answers with no progress whatsoever. This whole ordeal has been a major waste of my time to say the least. This place has managed to turn something so simple into a major headache of mine. I'm having a really bad experience with this company so far. I would certainly not recommend.

I don't understand what they're in business for because they certainly aren't there to serve you, at least it doesn't feel that way. I'm a repeat customer. I took out a small personal loan a few years ago. Paid off without any hiccups. No late payments. To be clear, this isn't about the outcome of my application but more so the experience. I was helped by a gentleman called Wylanor Waylan(I hope I am not misspelling it). I applied for a personal loan through credible as they were one of the few companies who pre-approved me. When I submitted my pre-approval, Wylan called me IMMEDIATELY. We went through the application process and it turned out I didn't qualify... a monthly payment of $133? Lol.... He advised that to have better approval odds, to get a co-signer. I called back a day later to get that started and he tells me "he's swamped and is very busy and won't be able to help with that as he is hopping on a meeting in 5 minutes". The response was unprofessional. Don't tell your customers you're swapped and busy and can't help. How about you get someone else to help? Or at least make an effort to get help? He says he will call back around a certain time but doesn't call back. I had to call him an hour or so after the time he said he would. Proceeds by saying he forgot... Remember... when I applied, he called immediately. They only give you that type of attention when there's something to gain from you but not because that's their customer service standard. Got my co signer on the phone and give all the information needed. Next day... I had to call to get the response for the application. He already knew what the response was but didn't send over any info or even called to let me know about the outcome. A customer should not be calling to get an answer from you. Most your system is already automated. Ridiculous. What I want any potential customer of One Financial to take from this is I didn't feel like they care. Didn't feel like they make an effort to communicate with you and work with you to be able to use their products. He made little to no effort to work with me. Little to no effort to communicate. Either "swamped" or forgot.You want professionalism? Customer care? This may not be the place for you. Look at the reviews from other offices and you'll get a picture of the kind of company this is. I almost lost my hope to find the car with the features I wanted for a reasonable price. But thanks to Edward and his amazing brokerage experience I ended up even with a better option. They were also nice enough to keep my previous car at their parking lot over the weekend before I came back on Monday to turn it in to a dealership. On top of that they put their best effort and kindly attached a number plate to my front bumper using their own instruments saving me a trip to a dealership where it should have been done from the get go.
