People are always coming in the out and out the in for the parking lot. Please be careful coming in and out of their lot. At least it's a big lot so chances are you'll easily find a spot in no time. The wait times inside are never excessive. They seem to go a good job of ensuring that they have enough tellers to service all of the customers in a fast yet helpful manner. I will say I came here recently to get money for lunar new year and they didn't have any non circulated bills. And the crispest bills they could get me weren't the most crisp. I know that's a niche thing, but if you were planning on coming here for that, know that this is the first Chase I've ever been to that was unable to provide uncirculated bills. Beyond that, however, this is one of the more pleasurable Chase banks I've been to. I wish it could be my local branch. read more

Ever is truly the best. He consistently goes above and beyond to help my family, and we really appreciate him. While I haven't always had the best experiences at this branch, Ever always makes the time to assist us and make things right. I'm so grateful for his support. He is professional, patient, and genuinely empathetic. I continue to bank with Chase because I have peace of mind knowing he will always take care of me and my family. read more

I stopped by this Chase bank in the morning to get some cash. Since I came in the early morning, I was able to find a parking spot easily. I went inside the building to use the ATM there because I don't trust the outside ATM. The process was simple since there wasn't a line inside to use the ATM. The inside of this bank is pretty nice and it's in a busy intersection too. read more

I visited to open a checking and savings account for my son. When I inquired if someone could assist us, a female employee (whose name I did not catch) responded, "No, because we are closing in 35 minutes." I noticed several employees were simply standing or sitting nearby, which left me disappointed that they did not offer assistance or suggest scheduling an appointment. read more

I use to come to this bank before it was a Chase. When I first started a bank account this location was Washington Mutual but I've been a loyal customer to Chase since the transfer. This location always had stacks of $2 dollar bills every time I wanted some. They usually would even have the crispy ones as well. I like to get some fifty cent pieces here or dollar coins and they would have them. I come to this location weekly before I go to the laundromat. When I think of my bank I think of this location even though Chase is everywhere. I think the service is good here but I do remember a couple times walking away not happy with the teller but I'm sure she's not alive any more since it's years ago. (Holding a grudge) The parking lot and entrance is dirty all the time and I'm not sure why they don't have someone picking up lose paper weekly. The ATMs outside are dirty and sticky with lots of graffiti. ATM 1 & 2 aren't working this morning with a error on the screen 01/22/2023. I used the 3rd ATM and it worked. The ATM's don't have a mirror on them and I really think they should so you can feel safe because you have your back exposed. ATM's should be inside and you should use your ATM Debt card to access a small room for security reasons instead of the outside elements. read more

Out of all the branches of Chase bank, this branch is fantastic! You need to talk to someone about large sums of money, CD's, annuities, savings accounts, and more, you go to this branch and if you're lucky enough, you'll get Zarina Assad. She is not only reliable, and helpful, but she is a very sweet, and compassionate lovely woman. Zarin was an angel, a beautiful angel. Edward was a wonderful teller and the entire Chade team was there for us. Best Chase branch ever! read more

Just had an amazing experience here with the manager Ovsanna. I needed to quickly make a personal account and she went out of her way to not only guide me through the app, but print up the needed checks on the spot. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with my time. I am grateful! read more

I've always had a great experience at this Chase. Being as it is close to home I frequent it often. The tellers are always helpful. Marida is one of the bankers there and is extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the various products and services this branch offers. Ask for her, especially if dealing with large sums of money. read more

I opened up a teen high school checking account for my son. I came to this branch after first visiting the Chase in sun valley closes to me on Laurel cyn. Sun valley manager was rude and not helpful. So I drove to Burbank Chase. I was approached by Mar, she was extremely helpful and squeezed me in to her tight schedule. Not only did she open up my son's new checking acct. she also opened up a new credit card for me and my son. From now on I will make the drive to Burbank from sun valley. It's worth the extra drive for the great customer service. Thank you Mar! You're an A+ employee. read more

I have a four banks we are doing business with all banks and they can tell worst bank that's the Chase no customer service at all. You have to wait one hour over the phone. You are stepping in in the bank. They are literally fighting with you. I am surprised until now. This punk is existing. This is horrible. I wish there is a zero star thank you. read more

This Chase is located at one of Burbanks craziest intersections. The parking lot is narrow and a bit off from the bank itself. It's kind of a trek if you want to use the ATM. The cashier's have always been friendly and the line does go pretty quickly. Although I admit I do most if my banking online. This location is close to the mall and downtown Burbank, so great to know when I need to pick up some extra cash. This is not my normal branch, But I'm happy Chase has several branches in the Burbank area. Great bank. Just this location is not the easiest to access. read more

Prejudice and a lot of bias; this sums up my experience at this branch. Unsurprisingly, since this space lacks diversity and all of its employees look alike. White-superiority complex is like an open wound that refuses to heal. I may no longer do business with Chase Bank after this.. Nevertheless, I intend to disregard this branch in the future and will advise others to do the same. read more

I dont expect much from a Chase Bank. Just standard customer service, which it receive impeccable customer service at all banks. This review is for a employee (I didn't catch her name) But she looks really young. I'm withdrawing a large amount of cash and she had to use bill counter machine. When I said I couldn't see the number, she looked annoyed with me as she drags the machine closer. After that. I politely asked for an envelope. She puts my money in the envelope and tosses it through the slip. Letting all my cash fall out of the envelope. Normally, these tellers seal the envelopes for you.. I did not appreciate that at all. Why was this girl hired if she has no interests in her job at all ? read more

Scheduled a meeting to apply for credit card because I know that if you apply at physical branch instead of online you'd get first annual fee waived. On the day of the meeting the rep that I was supposed to meet called me and told me not to go in because apparently getting first annual fee waived is not a thing anymore and just told me to apply online. Well, that was bs because I schedule another meeting at different branch for the same thing and they waived the first annual fee no problem - still got the name of that rep. You know who you are. read more

I brought my assets to Chase based on their discussions on having a higher level of service with their clients. It was great at first, then our banker left the company due to not being appreciated. It's been down hill since. Be aware what Chase says and does are clearly two different things. Their businesses are separate and they don't know how to work between the businesses. One area will help you just to have the other area put a road block in your way! Not a well run company. I will be moving away and not investing I. Them as a business. So if you are thinking of using Chase, just do your due diligence, unlike how Chase runs their business. read more

I wish i could give no star to this particular Chase!! I had an appointment with some Ani banker who refused to help me saying that its covid19 and they send clients home to do everything online why the hell is she getting paid to just sit there and refuse to help clients! Chase Bank - If the system lets u schedule an appointment it means if you go theyll be happy to assist u not to send you home - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Burbank, California

I hate going into this bank. Most of the tellers are incompetent. They take forever to complete a transaction. I bank at Wells Fargo, as well, and never experience slow service. In addition, the greeters here are fake. What's the point of saying "Hello" and "How are you?" If you don't really mean it?! If it weren't for my work and deposits I need to drop, I would not step foot in this bank. Terrible terrible terrible. read more

I like to think that I'm understanding and patient, but the Wait is always long. They prefer to have some "greet" customers versus open up another teller... Oh well. This is the closest Chase Bank to where I live, so I'll have to deal with it. A little old lady was in line and had said what I bet what most people were thinking. She asked if management knew how customers wait and said, "this is terrible! This place is going down the drain! Management needs to do something about this! They want all of us to wait and have only 2 tellers?! Terrible, terrible I tell yah!" A dude in a suit just said, "This is the busiest time of the month and we apologize." Upside, tellers are always friendly. read more

I come here often because of the convenience of the ATMs... I avoid going inside because of the grumpy and/or gold-digging staff! Nearly every time I have had to go in here for a simple transaction I have received cold and grumpy service. If they aren't grumpy they are super fake and their Cheshire cat smiles and pushiness to open new accounts make me really irritated. The ATMs here are great... clean and always work. I will continue to come here for the ATMs read more

I use this branch mostly for automated transactions, but I have also used teller and notary services. I have not had any problems with any of their services. In fact, the recent transaction I had with signing some financial papers was stellar. Jorge was very professional and personable. If I need more than just automated service, I will definitely come back to this location. read more

Chase is pretty bad in general. But this branch here in Burbank takes horrible customer service to another level. You're better off opening an account under your mattress. Trying to get any assistance from the branch manager here is like trying to get a restaurant recommendation from a shark when you're stranded in the middle of the ocean. But what do you expect from a branch manager named "Kas"? Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Wells Fargo. read more

Chase Bank - Such a horrible place! - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Burbank, California

I only come here because it's near my office and I can stop by on my way home. Everyone is right about the bad customer service, the ATM's being too close to each other, and the big parking lots. My bug bear about this branch is the lady teller (manager?) who counts out my money in full volume in front of the other customers. She has no common sense. If someone were to make a large withdrawal of a few thousand dollars then everyone would know their business. Either they have no concept of privacy or they really want everyone to know your business. If someone does something to them in their parking lot, they aren't liable are they? You're outside of the bank when that happens. Too bad tellers don't get training in customer etiquette on privacy. They need it sorely. Also, their accounts people are very aggressive about up selling to you. I don't go into this branch unless I absolutely have no time or options. read more

Maria Z. from Chase was one of the most helpful relationship bankers I've ever encountered. I was having issues with Bank of America so I decided that I needed to start fresh with a new bank. Maria happily brought me to her desk to explain the entire process from start to finish with no confusion. She was being very friendly and not only listened to what I had to say, but truly understood the frustrations I had with my previous bank. A lot of bankers will only nod their head and act like they're listening to you. But she showed a lot of genuine empathy and professionalism when it came to any concerns or questions I had. She left me with her contact information at the end. I felt the least I could for her do is leave a review for how satisfied I was during my visit today. Thanks Maria! read more

Terrible bank manager at this branch with an invictive conniving attitude that has affected the financial well being of my girlfriend and I. They go out of their way to profile you and make you feel like a second class citizen. They questioned a Rent Relief check my girlfriend deposited at this branch and accusses her of possibly manipulating the check. They went out of there way to put the longest hold, 7 days on a government issued check as well as an unexcusable restriction and threats to her. The branch manager went out of her way to make sure my girlfriend who's a single mother, recently lost relatives to covid, and has suffered from emotional and financial hardship..Feel completely hopeless. I've never seen my girlfriend look so defeated. I believe the bank manager used everything in her evil wrath to make sure she suffered and was punished for challenging the branch managers discretionary powers with corporate. Her last words to us was, I will keep an eye on your account and if u do anything that assumes contrary to my branch authority I will restrict your account and close it down. You will not be able to bank at Chase again and you can kiss your pandemic relief funds away because it will be months before you get a check reissued from that organization... I write this review as a warning sign to others. If u look middle to lower class and you have a check that is large over $25,000, please expect this branch to question you and make u feel horrible by alerting you of scenarious like mail fraud that would lead them to be suspicious of your deposit..They even get theatrical and slip on CIS gloves to scare you..They chat quietly in each other's ears as they raise your check into the light. They profile people, it's terrible, we are besides our selves as we are currently waiting 7 days for our Goverment issued funds that are issued by Chase Bank. read more

I went to this bank today. Actually I like Chase as a bank but I noticed that it much more pleasant to call them then go to the locations. today I went there to pay for my credit card. The lady who was assisting me had such an unhappy and angry face. That was creepy! I'm thinking like Woman you have your job because of us (Chase's clients). Can you be more friendly? It felt like standing next to the huge barking dog - (never know if she is going to bite or not) read more

I've been going to this bank since it was Washington Mutual an mainly because my mother originally had an account here. I will go here to use the ATM if I'm in the area, but I generally use the new location on Olive. I will admit I've had a couple of issues with the ATM in the middle and had it shut down during a transaction (twice). I suppose any type of equipment is subject to have an occasional malfunction. I never use the one in the middle any more. read more

I go to this location often everyone is nice and friendly but recently I had this complicated situation about a check and one of the tellers Tadeh (I hope I spelled that right) well he took the time to answer all my question and figure out the situation and In return I decided to put in a Yelp review and say thank you. read more

Too many self serving, entitled people that think they're more than they really are here in this area. All these Hollywood wannabe stars that are the first to complain when they're butts aren't kissed. Thanks Chase!! read more

2.5 stars Tellers are always great. Parking can be a little tight. Banking services can be a little flaky- my business name was misspelled (bank error) and they had problems fixing it.
