People are always coming in the out and out the in for the parking lot. Please be careful coming in and out of their lot. At least it's a big lot so chances are you'll easily find a spot in no time. The wait times inside are never excessive. They seem to go a good job of ensuring that they have enough tellers to service all of the customers in a fast yet helpful manner. I will say I came here recently to get money for lunar new year and they didn't have any non circulated bills. And the crispest bills they could get me weren't the most crisp. I know that's a niche thing, but if you were planning on coming here for that, know that this is the first Chase I've ever been to that was unable to provide uncirculated bills. Beyond that, however, this is one of the more pleasurable Chase banks I've been to. I wish it could be my local branch. read more

I stopped by this Chase bank in the morning to get some cash. Since I came in the early morning, I was able to find a parking spot easily. I went inside the building to use the ATM there because I don't trust the outside ATM. The process was simple since there wasn't a line inside to use the ATM. When I inquired if someone could assist us, a female employee (whose name I did not catch) responded, "No, because we are closing in 35 minutes." I use to come to this bank before it was a Chase. When I first started a bank account this location was Washington Mutual but I've been a loyal customer to Chase since the transfer. This location always had stacks of $2 dollar bills every time I wanted some. They usually would even have the crispy ones as well. I like to get some fifty cent pieces here or dollar coins and they would have them. I come to this location weekly before I go to the laundromat. When I think of my bank I think of this location even though Chase is everywhere. I think the service is good here but I do remember a couple times walking away not happy with the teller but I'm sure she's not alive any more since it's years ago. (Holding a grudge) The parking lot and entrance is dirty all the time and I'm not sure why they don't have someone picking up lose paper weekly. The ATMs outside are dirty and sticky with lots of graffiti. ATM 1 & 2 aren't working this morning with a error on the screen 01/22/2023. I used the 3rd ATM and it worked. The ATM's don't have a mirror on them and I really think they should so you can feel safe because you have your back exposed. ATM's should be inside and you should use your ATM Debt card to access a small room for security reasons instead of the outside elements. read more

You need to talk to someone about large sums of money, CD's, annuities, savings accounts, and more, you go to this branch and if you're lucky enough, you'll get Zarina Assad. She is not only reliable, and helpful, but she is a very sweet, and compassionate lovely woman. Zarin was an angel, a beautiful angel. I opened up a teen high school checking account for my son. I came to this branch after first visiting the Chase in sun valley closes to me on Laurel cyn. Sun valley manager was rude and not helpful. So I drove to Burbank Chase. I was approached by Mar, she was extremely helpful and squeezed me in to her tight schedule. Not only did she open up my son's new checking acct. she also opened up a new credit card for me and my son. From now on I will make the drive to Burbank from sun valley. This Chase is located at one of Burbanks craziest intersections. The parking lot is narrow and a bit off from the bank itself. It's kind of a trek if you want to use the ATM. The cashier's have always been friendly and the line does go pretty quickly. Although I admit I do most if my banking online. This location is close to the mall and downtown Burbank, so great to know when I need to pick up some extra cash. Scheduled a meeting to apply for credit card because I know that if you apply at physical branch instead of online you'd get first annual fee waived. On the day of the meeting the rep that I was supposed to meet called me and told me not to go in because apparently getting first annual fee waived is not a thing anymore and just told me to apply online. I brought my assets to Chase based on their discussions on having a higher level of service with their clients. It was great at first, then our banker left the company due to not being appreciated. It's been down hill since. Be aware what Chase says and does are clearly two different things. Their businesses are separate and they don't know how to work between the businesses. I hate going into this bank. Most of the tellers are incompetent. They take forever to complete a transaction. I bank at Wells Fargo, as well, and never experience slow service. I come here often because of the convenience of the ATMs... I avoid going inside because of the grumpy and/or gold-digging staff! Nearly every time I have had to go in here for a simple transaction I have received cold and grumpy service. Terrible bank manager at this branch with an invictive conniving attitude that has affected the financial well being of my girlfriend and I. They go out of their way to profile you and make you feel like a second class citizen. They questioned a Rent Relief check my girlfriend deposited at this branch and accusses her of possibly manipulating the check. They went out of there way to put the longest hold, 7 days on a government issued check as well as an unexcusable restriction and threats to her. The branch manager went out of her way to make sure my girlfriend who's a single mother, recently lost relatives to covid, and has suffered from emotional and financial hardship..Feel completely hopeless. I've never seen my girlfriend look so defeated. I believe the bank manager used everything in her evil wrath to make sure she suffered and was punished for challenging the branch managers discretionary powers with corporate. Her last words to us was, I will keep an eye on your account and if u do anything that assumes contrary to my branch authority I will restrict your account and close it down. You will not be able to bank at Chase again and you can kiss your pandemic relief funds away because it will be months before you get a check reissued from that organization... I write this review as a warning sign to others. I only come here because it's near my office and I can stop by on my way home. Everyone is right about the bad customer service, the ATM's being too close to each other, and the big parking lots. My bug bear about this branch is the lady teller (manager?) who counts out my money in full volume in front of the other customers. She has no common sense. If someone were to make a large withdrawal of a few thousand dollars then everyone would know their business. Either they have no concept of privacy or they really want everyone to know your business. If someone does something to them in their parking lot, they aren't liable are they? You're outside of the bank when that happens. Too bad tellers don't get training in customer etiquette on privacy. They need it sorely. The person was supposed to call me to let me know what I had to do to correct it. They didn't call me within the 1-2 days promised.
